So many negative reviews and mine probably wont make a difference, but buyer beware and I need to vent.
Discussed a vehicle over the phone and via internet with used car department for several days and because it was reasonably priced and was I unable to locate another of similar value and style, traveled to inspect and drive; overnight, the price for nitrogen tire inflation, cost of electronic filing and dealer services increased 500%, all of which is nothing more than dealer mark up and a means to overcharge customers. Car price was reasonable, but their fees were outrageous. Due to my need to complete a deal, and despite a choice to leave or buy, after I was able to get some movement on the price, I settled, but was not happy. Their arguments for pricing were laughable. Later found there is no car owners manual, no second key and they did not give me credit for a license tag transfer; this was for a 2015 vehicle with warranty remaining and low miles so a key and manual should have been available or provided.

I dealt with Doug Tracy last year when my 13 year old Honda needed to be replaced, when I first got to the lot I told him I was just looking and wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle that day but in the very near future. He was very helpful and didn't hound me into buying a car that day.......this was on a Saturday....I came back on Monday to purchase a car, a new 2016 Toyota Corolla which I just love......
I really appreciate the fact that he didn't use high pressure scheme tactics to get me to make a snap decision.....buying a car is a major purchase and shouldn't be made under pressure from sales people
