They sent me an add in the mail that read "will pay 30% over Kelly Blue Book Value on any trade". They appraised my trade at $3200 less than the Kelly Blue Book and the sales manager told me that the 30% above KBB offer was only valid if I bought one of the more expensive Toyota's, like a Toyota Highlander. Nowhere in the advertisement did it say this and when I pointed that out to the sales manager, he got upset and told me not to try to outsmart him because I would lose. He then gave the add that I brought in to another sales manager and that sales manager began to look up my trade on the KBB. Shouldn't they of done that in the first place? On top of this, they charge a high dealer fee of $1000. This is the highest I've seen for a Toyota dealership. If you go to this dealer expect shady sales guys that hand around like vultures waiting for their meal. You can also expect false advertising, horrendous sales tactics and a high dealer fee. Best advise I can give is to save yourself the trouble and go some place else.

Went to this dealership to look at a used car. After test driving the car went in to talk business. While waiting on the salesman to come back with a write up I overheard the sales manager (large man, light skin, dark hair) speaking out of turn after a customer left. Basically engaging in name calling typical of teenagers. And all of this while customers are sitting within ear shot of him and the front door. They came back on price 3 times with 3 different sales people until I finally stood up and started to leave. This guy basically relented right as I'm at the door and says he'll give me my price. Really? I have to get up and walk to the door to negotiate? Turns out the car was garbage so I never made the deal, but the point is the guy working the manager's desk on 3/23/2013 is bad news for business when customers hear him talking bad about other customers. It's a shame too because the service dept exhibits far more professionalism when I take my wife's RAV4 there.

Leased a 2012 Camry, drove it for a month. I noticed that I hadn't gotten my 1st bill, called the finance company, SE Toyota Finance, they had no idea who I was. I called the dealership, "Oh, by the way...you weren't approved for the lease, can you come in today?". I show up at the dealership, and they try to put me in a finance deal thats $250 higher per month - than the original deal. When they realized I wasn't going for it, they were rude and couldn't wait to get me out of there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

After going to numerous dealerships, test driving various cars, and becoming frustrated, I was referred by a family friend to get in contact with the Internet Sales Director, Erik Coxwell. I am glad I did. He got me a deal I never thought would of been possible. He quoted me a price over the phone & had all the paperwork ready to be signed for when I went to the dealership the following day to pick up the car. It's the 5th car I have purchased, and was the easiest & smoothest transaction I've ever had.
I returned a few weeks later to have my windows tinted, side body molding & cargo bag for trunk installed (which Erik INCLUDED FOR FREE in this deal). While I was waiting to get a complimentary rental car while these services were being done for the day, Al Hendrickson Jr. approached me, introduced himself & asked how my service has been at their dealership.
I will be referring all my friends and family to this dealership as their customer service is superior. Oh! And I can’t forget to mention how much I LOVE my brand new Camry.

I just leased my second Prius from Hendrickson Toyota and used the same sales person Erik Coxwell. My first deal with Erick was a great experience in which I thought it could not be matched, my second deal with them was even better. I started an online chat to inquire about a 2012 lexus the dealership had listed on cargurus. I asked the sales person if they still had this particular vehicle. Before he even answered my question he responded by asking when I'd come in. I again asked if they had the vehicle and he said yes. I responded by saying that I didn't see it on their website. Only then did the sales person check for the vehicle I was calling about. He then responded by saying they didn't in fact have the vehicle I was calling about they had the 2010...then he abruptly ended the chat before I had a chance to respond. I called the dealership and asked to speak to either the Internet sales manager or the sales manager and I informed him how rude his sales person was. This gentleman called me back to argue with me about where I was located and how I was going to get the vehicle and ten proceeded to hang up on me. I am appalled by this behavior and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone!
