My Review of Alan Ford:
The Body Shop ~ a small insurance repair that was not even close to professional quality work that was expected from a FORD dealership shop. Shotty, poor workmanship -overspreaded paint and patchy areas of no clear coat and unsanded/ dirt in paint as their completed job. Dealt with Shop Manger, Nick - who I hold responsible for his workers -poor quality of workmanship. Too Bad too, New Dealership Owners, with same problems that old owners had - time to clean house! Manager who lies to customers about how they will take good care of you! Once you say -YES and give them your keys -EXPECT to be lied to & DISAPPOINTED on completion. I was and I'm sure you will be too! Calling Insurance Company to complain and to have them re-do the whole paint job again.
My vehicle actually looks worst now than when I originally came into this shop. Beware of this Body Shop.....try to find nearest MAACO- before dealing with idiots.

My Review of Alan Ford:
On multiple trips to the dealer for service, it always took an extra day to get the car back, even when making appointments. Some of the visits were just for normal maintenance. <br>Also had requested they wash the car (they send coupons that they will wash it on request), and they did not do it, even after reminding them two times after dropping it off.<br>The work itself has been fine, but based on my problems, they don't seem very organized.<br>I would not recommend them for service.
