Picked up my truck to bring it to another shop to be fixed today after this repair shop had it for 4 months. I dropped it off and spoke with two different guys there and told them that, when i put it in fixed today after this repair shop had it for 4 months. I dropped it off and spoke with two different guys there and told them that, when i put it in drive it goes into manual fourth. I called every week to ask about the progress and got the run around every time. after having it for 2 and a half month they called me and stated the truck needed a sensors and key fob, said ok. they said the work would cost 1600 dollars. After they changed them they called and said we have the truck starting are you bringing it into another shop, when we put it in drive it drops to fourth. Excuse me sir? that is why I brought it to you. So they charged me 1700 and fixed things that i didn't have problems with and had the truck for 4 months. when I called for the last time 3 days ago they basically told me my truck was on the back burner and they would get to it when they get to it. NEVER ever received a call from them until the last day it was there. I had to chase them around for answers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! More
