My Review of Alden Buick Pontiac Gmc:
The first time I went, I was given a price of the vehicle and decided to buy. The sales person left for a few moments and then came back and said that he had made a mistake and now the price was higher. I still decided to buy but was not happy with the situation. I then went directly to a Fall River Pontiac dealiership, found a similar car with more options at a better price, and bought from then and cancelled the sale at Alden.<br><br>A few years later I returned to Alden only because they had the car I wanted which was difficult to find. Salesperson was okay but I was a little insulted when, for some reason or other, he asked if he could check my credit before we discussed the car and a price. I wouldn't have asked about that car if I couldn't have afforded it. When I went to pick up the car a week later (because I was going on vacation the day after I purchased the car), it still wasn't ready and the interest rate they had first quoted me was now higher. They did redo the forms and put the interest rate back down to the original amount quoted and I did purchase the car -- only because I couldn't find one anywhere else.<br><br>On the up side, I have had my car serviced at that dealer and have had not problems with their service department.

My Review of Alden Buick Pontiac Gmc:
As is the case with most dealerships, they will have their hand planted firmly in your wallet from the moment you step foot onto their showroom until you sign the contract. In my case, Tony agreed to include taxes in my down payment, but when it came time to write up the financial paperwork, he suddenly had no recollection of the conversation.<br>The other thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was when Dave, the finance manager, called me the day after I bought my truck and informed me that I had to drive back because of a mistake that I had made when filling out the loan paperwork. Maybe it's just me but doesn't he get paid to make sure the paperwork is correct before the customer leaves?<br>This wouldn't have been so bad except that I live an hour and a half from the dealership and when I did drive back, it amounted to me scribbling over top of what I had already signed.<br>Also, I made an appointment ahead of time to see the vehicle but had to wait when I got to the dealership because one of the salesmen was driving it and had left it at home. Great coordination.<br>Overall, the staff I dealt with was very arrogant and sneaky and I would not recommend this dealership.
