My Review of Alexandria Volkswagen:
Bought two cars there over the last year - one old, one new. They are very friendly and helpful both for sales and service, but they also REALLY tried to screw me on my trade-in (they offered med half the price I had paid them for the car a year earlier). I almost walked out as a matter of principle. After negotiations they gave me the Blue Book price. Except that, only good experiences. Service is quick and accurate. If you go to buy, ask for Cole, who is extremely knowledgable about VW and generally a very pleasant person to deal with.
