My Review of Alfred Matthews:
I brought my Cadillac to the svc. dept. because it had a coolant leak. Magina told me the car req'd a new radiator and water pump, and lots of engine work for a blown head gasket and "piston flap". Alf. Matthews wanted $5,800 for the work. I took the car to two other mechanics who could find nothing wrong with it other than the need to replace the radiator for $308. The business practices of Alfred Matthews service department are very disappointing. Beware.

My Review of Alfred Matthews:
we went to look at a used mini van and when we got in and shut the door the rear view mirror fell off the windshield we were then pressured into filling out paperwork to but this van that we were the least bit interested in, we had 2 children and 1 on the way the sales people were rude , pushy and tried their best to get us to borrow money from family on a car that was over priced garbage that they knew we could never afford. I will never step foot back onto their lot and i recommend that you do the same.We however walked across the street to Showcase Auto Plaza and bought a used van from them with no hassle, very nice people, no pressure at all.
