The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and understood my needs. He simply listened!! I would recommend this dealership as well as Tom to anyone looking for a Ford. I have driven the Ford Fusion Hybrid Energy Titanium for the last few days and i just enjoy driving it. The features, ride, style, handling and energy savings makes this car a winner. I have owned many cars in the past and up to three months ago i poresently own two Fords. The other Ford car I purshased is the C-Max. Ford has made me a bealiever!!

JJ was outstanding. Very Friendly and not pushy. Really felt he ws doing his best to help us out in any way he could. When the deal was Done, he did his best to make it happen as fast and easy as possible.

JJ makes a dream come true by getting for us a Mustang very fast. He helped us to build the lease file, not so easy as we moved to the US only one month ago. And he also helped us to set up with the insurance.

I always felt that these reviews are just staff members writing them to boost sales so I was suprised that Boris was actually very helpful in the purchase of my new 2013 F150 Limited. They took in my lease trade in with no fuss and had me in my new wheels in record time. Boris also was great in following up with me on things I needed done as well. I highly recommend him for your next Ford.

We just started our 3rd lease agreement with All American Ford. The reason for our allegiance to this dealership is largely due to the oustanding staff. Our Sales Consultant "JJ Petrillo" has worked with us on all three lease agreements. From our first meeting, we found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, but most of all he really listened to our needs and was able to get us into the car we wanted along with keeping our budget intact. (not an easy task). He was" NOT " pushy as we have found in other car dealerships. We feel we recieved a great car for a good price and are completely satisfied. I was looking for a new Fusion and my Uncle recommended All American Ford and "JJ" in particular. My Uncle said I would be dealing with great people and he was correct. JJ was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He was patient and went through all the available options with me. JJ and the manager Steve then went through every buying and leasing option for me until I was totally comfortable and ready to make a decision. They didn't want me to do anything unless I was 100% sure it was the right move for me. They made me feel like a friend, not a customer. If anyone I know in the future is looking for a new car I will definitely tell them to go see my friend JJ at All American Ford.

I recently got my new 2013 Ford Focus from All American Ford in Paramus. My sales person JJ Petrillo immediately made me feel like I was dealing with a trusted family friend. He's patient, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and worked very hard to get me a great deal. I had obstacles with my financing but between the sales manager Steve, who never gave up on me, the General Manager Domenick and the finance person Gabe they worked together as a team and got me into my new car which I absolutely love!! This team is amazing, all the sales people are very friendly and polite. They make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire experience.
I've only driven Ford vehicles since I got my first car at 17 and have never had any problems. I've dealt with other dealerships that weren't so great. This team at All American Ford in Paramus was a pleasure to deal with and they will be the only dealership I will ever go to.

Having been a loyal All American Ford Hackensack customer for the past THREE FORD LEASES...going to the Paramus dealership was like going to a four-star hotel of car dealerships! Needless to say, I left the first day with my FOURTH FORD LEASE! Arie Davis was my salesman and it was like VIP treatment! I walked into the dealership very unsure about what was going to happen. (I am a 22 year old female and I know almost nothing about cars.) Also a little nervous because I was looking to trade in my first car and get something newer and with better gas mileage. As soon as I met JJ he made me feel very comfortable and right at home. He helped me pick out the right car, at the right price for me. I was taken care of like one of his own. The day my lease is up I will be returning to see my buddy JJ at the Ford dealership in Paramus with out a doubt!

The customer service at this dealership was outstanding. My car broke down and I urgently needed a replacement. I called and left a message and within a short period on time I received a call back from the dealership. They took their time to review my options and amazingly were able to get me what I wanted the same day. Dominick Minervini and Shimon Kada were there to greet me when I got to the dealership. They also made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was completely happy with my new Ford Explorer. What an exceptional team! It was truly the best car dealership experience I have had.
