My Review of All American Ford Lincoln Mercury:
Amazing customer-centric service and "female-friendly" salesmanship.

I was in an immediate need to get in a new car by Tuesday, May 8, as my insurance company had totaled my work vehicle and extended my rental for the third and last time to 5/8/12. We were interested in the Town & Country (replacing the totaled Dodge Grand Caravan); however, the ad that got us into that dealership was extremely misleading and their subsequent solution would not have helped with our financial needs.

My husband visited the dealership on 5/4/12, met with Deamus Blake and gave him our particulars. He walked out with a credible quote with a reasonable down payment. When I visited the next day at 1PM, I expected a sales pitch, a "oh, but that number doesn't include x,y and z" and a few major hurdles.

I was in a new Ford Escape by 4:30 that afternoon.

It was a pleasure and the most stress-free car buying/leasing experience I ever had. I highly recommend Deamus Blake and the All-American Ford team for their professionalism, care and great response to my husband and me. Thank you!

My Review of All American Ford Lincoln Mercury:
My wife and I came to All American Ford in Paramus N.j. because of their high rating on DealerRater.com on May 3rd 2012 We were immediately greeted by Bill Frangipane . He asked a few questions and before we knew it we went outside to look at a new Ford Escape. He was very knowledgable about all I was interested in, I was a service station owner/operator for over 40 years and I have had many Fords over the years, the last being a Ford Explorer. I was looking for a smaller vehicle. My wife drove a Ford Escort years ago which she liked, so she was very comfortable in the Escape. We really didn't intend to buy a vehicle on that day, but we drove home in our new Ford Escape,leaving our Explorer behind. Billy was most helpful and patient , spending much time with us and never pressured us.

My Review of All American Ford Lincoln Mercury:
By far the BEST experience I have EVER had at a car dealership. I was greeted professionally and felt as if they were sincerely interested in helping me get what I wanted. I didn't feel like "just another customer" or pushed in a decision or direction I was not comfortable with.

I was thoroughly educated on each option I had as a consumer as well as the features in my vehicle. Finance took the time to walk me through the paperwork as if this was my first purchase (REFRESHING)! I was in the vehicle I wanted and out the door in a little over 2 hours. This place values your time as much as you do.

I am so glad I chose to purchase my vehicle at All American Ford in Paramus and will continue to be a customer for many years.

It would have been nice to have had the opportunity to provide feedback (good, bad or indifferent) at the dealership however I am happy to provide it here.

My Review of All American Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I have owned and leased many cars in my 38 years of driving and I have never felt as good about a deal as I do now. From the first day I walked into All American Ford in Paramus I felt comfortable. I didn't feel like I was about to get myself into something I would regret. I told Deamus what I was looking for and he showed me all of my options. I couldn't have been more satisfied with knowing that I had someone who was truly knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in. When it came to the numbers Mark went out of his way to make sure that I would like what he had to say and that I was happy with my decision. I never once had that sinking feeling that I was going to pay more than I should be and Alex made the whole financial process quick and painless. Thank you all, I would recommend you in a heartbeat and I look forward to our next deal.

My Review of All American Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I had visited another dealer near my home and wasn't happy wth the treatment I received. The sales person never called me back even after I made a follow up call to get a price. I then made a call to All American Ford Lincoln. I spoke to the General Manager Dominick Minervini who took the time to answer all of my questions. He had sales person Shimon Kada help me decide which vehicle was best for me. Shimon was responsive, courteous and easy to deal with. My initial visit was on Wednesday and I was driving my new Lincoln MKX by Saturday afternoon. When I arrived to pick up the car the finance manager was busy with another customer. Rather then make me wait Domenick Minervini helped me with the paperwork. Shimon kada spent a lot of time showing me all of the great features on my new Lincoln. I highly reccomend All American and will tell all of my friends in Rockland to take the short 20 minute drive to excellent customer service.

My Review of All American Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I have had a 1999 Windtar and have always been satisfied with Ford. Since my original dealer no longer is around, I had to do my homework to find a new one.

I have been looking off and on for a new car the past year and have not been bowled over by any experience I have had at the dealerships I've visited in Brooklyn.

My wife and I went to the NY car show and got sold on the 2013 FLEX. I did my internet search for a particular version. As luck would have it, it ended up being available at All American. This is only a 15 minutes drive over the GWB from my job so it certainly was convenient.

What I was EXTREMELY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by was the level of courtesy and service extended me by JJ Petrillo. There really is no one quite like him. I came in sold on the FLEX but he was still able to show me so much more that the vehicle was capable of. In a matter of two visits totalling 4 hours, we arranged the contract as well as completed the financing and purchase. I was able to drive away with all of the insurance and registration issues skillfully managed by JJ.

I would have to admit that I had not antiicipated the level of the highly positive and professional experience.

I appreciate that Deamus took the time to offer me used car models even though they were likely less money than the new one I was contemplating buying. He made every effort to make sure I drove away satisfied with my purchase regardless of which model I chose. He was very knowledgeable of every feature of the cars I test drove and pointed out the features he thought I particularly would like. I would definitely go back to Deamus if I wanted to purchase another Ford.

Just leased our second Ford SUV from Curtis Villareal and All American Ford in the last 3 years. When we started the current process of car shopping we knew from the beginning we would go back to All American. Curtis is a true professional - friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and does not use any tricks to pressure you into a premature decision. I can honestly say I felt like Curtis was working for me and I have the competitors quotes to prove it. Alex Smithlin (finance manager) was also a pleasure to work with and quickly guided us through the process while at the same time not rushing us out the door.
