I visited American Ford in old bridge to get oil change. To find out I had bad axial that needed to be replaced. I had Karen F as my technician assistant she was professional pointed out the problem assured that the work was covered under my warranty and will get it taken care of today. If I didn't get my car serviced at this time; I couldn't of been injured or broken down on the road. When it was time to pay my bill i used my Ford points and the axial was covered under warranty. I really appreciate Karen F she went beyond efforts to have my car done the same day. She is customer friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not use these people for anything. They damaged my brand new f150 it took them over 2 months to finally fix the paint they damaged and in my life. Do not use these people for anything. They damaged my brand new f150 it took them over 2 months to finally fix the paint they damaged and I am on the 3rd month trying to get them to take care of the windshield they scratched all up and now they sent a glass guy who says the scratches are on the inside of the glass and they won't fix it. This is a dishonest dealership. My wife layed dying in her bed and I had to go there 6 times to check my truck out they said was ready and turn it down each time. Each time I went there the truck was worst then the time before. So time That I could have spent with my wife in her last days I had to keep playing games with the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with .Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dealership . I now will have to take them to court over my windshield and I have made customer complaints to Ford motor company about this . I wanted to give them a rating of 0 but this was not possible on this platform More
