Dear Clifford, We are very sorry that your vehicle had paint dripped on when we had an outside company painting our building, but rather than you potentially have to go through your insurance company for the repairs, we told you we would handle it. We not only replaced almost every plastic or rubber trim on your vehicle, we also had your vehicle sent to a paint remediation company (not because the vehicle needed it, but because you demanded it) all at our expense. We had your vehicle for a little over a month, not two months, and you demanded we give you two full monthly payments. Well, we had our glass expert out to your house to look at your windshield and he determined that there are scratches on the inside of the glass that we never touched. You picked up your vehicle weeks ago, and now are complaining about the glass. When you left with your vehicle, our Management Team reviewed your vehicle with you. You had the truck for 8 weeks. I told you when I picked it up that there were scratches all over the windshield and your service advisor manager said she would have your glass guy check it out. It took your people until mid January to get back to me. And after my wife had passed away I went to Florida for a week . Your glass guy canceled and then I had to cancel a appointment with him because of the weather and I had told both your manager and the glass guy you can only see all the scratches with a glare on the windshield. It's not my fault your manager is not telling you the whole truth and how dare your accuse me of this xx . What a pathetic excuse of a point on your part to once again try to blame me for your personnel screw up and bad planning and management on your part. But that is par for the course with you , you did nothing but try to make your problem into my problem the whole time . Your personnel is not telling you the whole truth or about the conversations we had about the issue. As far as making you pay me for the 2 months payments that you tied up my truck I consulted other Ford dealerships in the area and they said that was the least you should do for screwing up my paint and clear coat and windshield . I should have just sued you instead of going back and forth there to get my truck 6 times that was supposed to have been taken care. All this while my wife was dying from cancer. So I stand by what I said . Worst dealership I haver ever had to deal with.
