Dear Rich: Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must thank you for the outstanding service my mother in-law, Carol received from you, your son Jarrod, and everyone else at allstar Auto. Iam, of course very delighted to have had the pleasure of speaking with Jarrod during my initial call on Monday. His professional and courteous attitude, knowledge, and patience in handling our specific issues were very important to complete customer satisfaction. My mother in-law was struck in a bit of a predicament. Her car had completely died, leaving her without transportation to and from work. as, such we did not have much time to shop around for a replacement vehicle. Jarrod was able to quickly provide me with a list of vehicle on your lot which met our specific criteria. Upon our arrival, you and Jarrod made the process of test driving and ultimately selecting a vehicle to purchase easy, stress free, andmost important fun. In the past, I felt that auto sales people were not sensitive to my needs and were more concerned about their commission checks. But not in this case. You and Jarrod handled our issues as if they were your own, and Carol and I are completely satisfied. Should I be in the market for a used vehicle in the future, you will be my first stop. If any of my family or friends were to ask me where to go to look for a car, AllStar auto Sales is the only place I would send them. Mr JC June 2009

I am writing to whole-heartedly endorse AllStar auto Sales in Marlborough as THE place to go to purchase your next vehicle and for all of your automobile service needs. I bought my vehicle this past August and my experience in working with the staff was extradodinary. Right from the beginning they set themselves apart as total business professionals. Rather than start having look at cars on the lot , they do financial inventory and then recommend vehicles that fit into your financial picture. Other dealers take you to the lot , try and sell you the most expensive car they can and then look down on you when that laon can not get approved. I had 10 cars to select from with a range of stylings, but even here they impressed me. Not only my saleperson was avaliable to me, but the owner and the service manager made themselves avalible multiple conversations about each vehicle. When i had narrowed my choice to 2 , then the owner and the credit manager worked with me to narrow down the price so that i could purchase my 1st choice. If you have any challenges in crediit score category, fear not, because they guarantee you a car loan. some dealerships treat you both as a women and as a person with some challenges with total disrespect. The people that i worked with gave generously of their time, expertise, and treated me with respect. It was the very first time in my life that the car buying experience was enjoyable. In the past i would do almost anything to avoid the car buying experience. They treat each and every person that walks into their showroom with respect and dignity, they sell their vehicles at a fair price and lay the foundation to begin a long trusting business relationship with each and every customer. I can whole heartedly recommend them to everyone

My Review of All Star Auto Sales:
I went to newenglandcarcredit.com on a last ditch effort to try and get financed for a car, as my credit is not so great. Within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from David Rothaar at All Star. He was quick, I'll give him that. I went down there and selected a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. Great looking car on the outside. When I picked it up and drove away, in the middle of July, the a/c didn't work. I called right away and informed him. He said to bring it back anytime. I brought it in that week and was told I needed to pay a deposit!! I fought it and fought it. Then, a couple weeks later, my a/c compressor seized, the belt snapped and melted all over my engine. I was without a car for 10 days, and still paying for it! They gave me a used compressor, but said in order to install it I had to pay! Thank god I have a mechanic for a stepfather. Not too much later, I got sent home from work sick with a paid day off, I was looking foward to getting home to my bed. But that dream was shortlived. I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours because my crank shaft sensor went, and my car just STOPPED. This time I was carless for 2 weeks. On top of all this, I got hit by a crazy old lady in a mustang, and got a check from her insurance company. In order to get anything done with the check, I had to have All Star's finance company "Assured Auto Finance" endorse it, which they would not. So, I told the insurance company, who sent me a check with just my name. Then, 5 days before Christmas, they went into my bank account UNAUTHORIZED and took $1100!! (the insurance check plus my payment) I could not buy my son the race car bed I had planned on. I tell everyone I know, plus everyone who sees my car to stay away from them. (I wrote NEVER BUY A CAR FROM right next to their stupid little decal on the back of my car) They are absolute jerks, and they should be put out of business. Stay far far away from All Star Auto and Assured Auto Finance!
Now I'm selling cars for a living, and I treat my customers very highly and go to bat for them, because I know what it's like to be screwed.
