My Review of All Star Ford:
I cannot speak for the rest of the dealership, but I can say that my experience with the special finance department was top notch. The explained my credit to me, they showed me the vehicles I qualified for, and then they finalized the loan. I did not have to go back to the dealership again to resign any documents. It was a quick and easy a car purchase as I have ever had. I would buy a car from them even when my credit is better. My bankruptcy made it hard for most dealers to help me, luckily Ryan and Max were able to put me in a car and help me rebuild my credit.

My Review of All Star Ford:
We did not have the best credit. Actually our credit was really bad. Ryan and Max were able to get us into a 2008 Dodge Caliber with no money down. It still has factory warranty on it, and they even were able to put gap coverage on the loan. Our payments are pretty low. I know we could have paid less for the car if we had good credit, but we are rebuilding our credit and that is the most important thing. If you talk to Ryan or Max at the auto mall location, tell them Gerald sent you.

My Review of All Star Ford:
We went in to look at a car when we asked if we could see it we had to drive to their second lot to even look at it. Even though we had called about 3 hours earlier to ask them to bring it to there west side dealership. The salesman that they gave us knew nothing. Any question that we asked him was thrown aside so he could show us something new. He was very inappropriate while we were waiting for anything to happen like the credit check, monthly payments, even after we bought the car and we were waiting to take it home. He talked about sex, smoking weed, his girlfriend, how we could help him. The sales manager was even worse when we told him that we wanted to think about it over night he told us that the deal we had on the table was no good if we left. In short they were everything you do not want to deal with when buying a car. Never go here! I am sorry I ever did

My Review of All Star Ford:
I was packed by the sales man saying I could only buy this car with a 100,000 mile ext. warnty. This is an illegal practice and added to the price of the car and to the amount financed.
