My Review of All Star Toyota:
I ordered a new car (a prius with a 6-8 week order time). I explictly said I wanted a certain option package. When it showed up, i also had ~$250 of dealer installed options. When I said I didn't order that, they said they were "port installed" options and couldn't remove them (a bumper applique and floor mats). I said I wouldn't pay for them, and they said they could sell the Prius for more. I then walked out.

Another thing that seemed unethical was that they required me to sign a "privacy statement", but in it basically said they could sell my personal information to anyone. I said I didn't agree and they cut that section out, but it was sneaky.
