I used the internet to do most of my leg work. I in quired about a vehicle online and received a follow up call in a timely manner from Jennifer. This would be my second purchase from the dealership. I had to cancel my original appointment with Jennifer, asked her tocall back in a few days, and she did. I test drove two cars, Jennifer was very knowledgeable, polite, cheerful and I feel It was important to her that I sepect the vehicle I would be most happy with. The General Manager and finance manager Conner were very profeasional and treated me as I would treat someone else. This was appreciated. I highly recommend Allen Hyundai. A good friend owns a Hyundai dealership in Pensacola, however I knew from past experiece they would work with me. They will get referrals from me as well as repeat business. Ron Canady, Biloxi. MS

During my observation: Hyundai Dealership sales persons, especially, Mr. Anderson, demonstrated professional courtesy and a great knowledge for the product of cars being sold. Mr. Anderson greeted me with a warm smile and a willingness to answer any questions concerning the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I also observed the cohesiveness of the company working as a team and providing the necessary information to their clients during their sales. The sales person also was accommodating by offering cold water while being processed. I was pleased with the customer service, quality of work that was put forth and the friendly smiles that was shared.
