My Review of Allen Oldsmobile Cadillac GMC:
I am furious. My original experience was positive with your dealership until recently when I needed to trade the car in for a 4 door.<br>I called to see the value of the car and talked to T.J. I'm thinking the value is based on touring coupe because when I purchased the car I asked to see the trade in value on Kelly and it was givin to me at 12,500 based on a Touring Coupe. I am not a Cadillac expert, I don't know the difference between the 2. T.J. told me it would tell me on the back of the car, it didn't. I was givin false imformation, I would not have paid 14500 knowing the truth. T.J. said the trade value is around 7000, although further research with Kelly shows trade in value at around 9500. Quite a difference. My Review of Allen Oldsmobile Cadillac GMC:
I have purchased three Cadillac&#8217;s from Allen&#8217; Cadillac. Each purchase has been above-board with no sales person running to check the price with the manager. After checking with other Cadillac dealers this dealer gave me the best prices, with no pushing to up grade the tires/wheels etc. My cars were delivered as promised. I was given top dollar for my trade-ins.<br><br>Their service seems to be fine although I have had little reason to need service.<br>
