My Review of American Import Center:
Salesman ripped me off; told me he had an inside guy who would push the deal through and I needed to give him $100 to pay him under the table for doing the deal. The vehicle was over priced and I am more than upside down now! Dealership could not provide hard tags within 60 days, had to get new set of temp tags; it appears the vehicle had not passed inspection; which required me to take the vehichle to them for a day; not to mention-no loaner was provided. The vehicle had major problems, but was told everything had been taken care of when delivered; I eventually had the following done-front end alignment; speakers; transmission; tires as none of the tires matched or were the same size...yes, I needed a car, but businesses should not be allowed to take advantage of people. The paperwork was done incorrectly and it took 60 days before the bank acknowledged the deal. I HAVE LEARNED A LESSON; NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUBJECT MYSELF TO THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT AGAIN!!!!

this place is full of lies..... even when caught in lies they still lie.... not to mention they r homophobic........ yes thats what i said. when u tell a customer " i know anal sex can be stressful and I know u like assholes" because ur scared of someone being gay well there are plenty of other dealersips who r gay friendly

everyone told me i couldnt get a car. a friend of mine recommended me to this Tehran Gotti guy and he honestly got me a great car and a great deal after everyone told me no. he was really persoanble and had this no bullshit sales attitude. it just worked.

My Review of American Import Center:
I had a wonderful experience at American Import Center. Considering my situation they treated me like a customer and with the utmost respect. After 911 I had lost my job and my credit went down hill. My car got repossessed my house foreclosed and I thought no one would be able to help. I applied on line for an auto loan and was contacted by one of there sales associates who had me approved in seconds. I made an appointment and drove out in my new Mustang convertible the same day. I would recommend American Import Center to anyone and I will return for future purchases as well.

I felt coming into this ordeal that it was a joke.But pleasantly to
my surprise the experience was simply a personal gratifying situation.When I came in I was greeted very kindly and was made comfortable at first contact.Then upon finding a vehicle all my options were explained to me before making any decisions.I
will continue doing business with this company ,I felt a part of thier little family.

I will recomend this dealership to everyone I know. They were able to help me when no other dealership in va, md, or dc was. Not only did theyget me a Mercedes but they did it with no money down. Not to mention the lifetime oil changes and free roadside services they offered me. I had been to about 7 other dealerships and every one of them left me sitting in the showroom for about 4-5 hours before they told me I would either need a substantial amount of money down or a co-signer. They were able to help me when no one else was. Thanks American Import Center!

My Review of American Import Center:
THIS IS THE WORST USED-CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !!!! I was lied to from the beginning to the end. I was made several promisies that were broken. I was told two different stories by the different sales reps I dealt with. I had to drive from Fredericksburg to Manassas 2 days in a row and wasted my time each day. I was told before I made the 90 mile round trip that I was approved for a loan and I could choose any car I wanted. When I got there I was given only 2 options, for two pieces of junk. The first car I test drove I put a CD in there and the CD player was broken, it ate the CD and I never got it back. When I test drove the second car it RAN OUT OF GAS during the 1 mile test drive!!! I had to sit there in the rain for 30 minutes before they came out there to fill the tank when the dealership was less than 1/2 a mile down the road. I told them I wanted to keep my payment a certain price, they guaranteed me that they wouldn't go any higher. However when everything was said and done and it came down to sign the paperwork the payment was DOUBLE of what I was promised. They won't give you an up-front price or finance rate on any vehicle. I STRONGLY suggest that you don't go to this terrible dealership! There are too many others out there that will give you straight answers. Try Carmax they understand the meaning of true customer service, and telling the truth. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Take a look at their Better Business Bureau rating as well, it will further comfirm my rating.
