My Review of Anderson Ford:
As a first time buyer of a new car, I was nervous about having to fend off shady business practices throughout the process of my purchase. I found such practices at Anderson Ford. Not only did I feel like they cared little about me or my needs, but I was physically lied to. I was given an interest rate based on my "credit" that was in fact quoted to me to increase their profit. Upon visiting another dealer, I found out that the information given to me by Anderson Ford was inaccurate, and that they had fabricated it to suit their own needs. DO NOT let the volume of their inventory fool you. Anderson Ford does NOTHING but falsify facts and mislead its customers. Any interaction with their business should be avoided at all costs. If you are looking for high-pressure sales, untruthful practices, and deceit, please visit Anderson Ford. If you are looking for a positive, enjoyable experience, I suggest you go elsewhere.

My Review of Anderson Ford:
bought a 98 beetle off these folks. it quit starting after 3 months. Had to get it fixed at another dealer for $160 after anderson charged me 80 dollars just to check it out and tell me nothing was wrong.<br>decided not to start again (keep in mind this is a certified used vehicle)while I was three hours away from home. Got the lemon back up here because they said they would work with me . my first choise for a trade was a 200 mazda 626 with 93000 miles on it I threw a fit sothe gave me a 2000 protege as a straight trade (though they did try to add another year of payments while in financing w/o telling me. I totally had to read the fine print on that one. But I am still driving a car that is not what I wanted. they just made me feel screwed

My Review of Anderson Ford:
We have had repeated negative experiences with this dealership and will not be back. There is a gamey and untruthful method of sales. We were told several things about invoice, mark up, interest rates, trade-in, etc. that were simply not true. There is high pressure and quick price changes. In the past we have been given false information about a leased vehicle and ended up taking quite a hit when we turned it in despite keeping it at low miles and in pristine shape. Today we found Sheridan Mazda in Council Bluffs and purchased a car the same day. It was a wonderful experience...actually the best I.ve ever had in a dealership. It is worth the drive. Meanwhile, we learned that we don't have to put up with shabby business practices here in town. Buyer beware!!!!! I have to add that the sales person who helped us this last time was nice, but likely thwarted by management and coersive policies and procedures.

My Review of Anderson Ford:
I've had two separate experiences with this dealership. The first was when I had some emissions work done under warranty to my Taurus. When I picked up the car it ran worse than when I dropped it off. I took the car to another Ford dealer who discovered that the tech who serviced my car at Anderson's had neglected to securely reconnect the wire to the number one spark plug. For this I was charged $50. When I complained to Anderson the best they could do was a coupon for a free oil change. Fast forward 5 years later when I purchased a new Taurus (my previous one was purchased at a different Ford dealer). After being told by the sales department that my payments would be no more than a certain amount I was very upset to find out that the figure had been misquoted and that the actual payment amount was $5 more than originally quoted. Had it not been for my wife urging me not to make a scene I would have taken my trade-in and walked. A few weeks later the business manager called telling me that since my trade in had been a leased vehicle I would be receiving a refund of my lease deposit and that I was supposed to sign it over to them. I looked at my sales contract and found no such requirement. Needless to say, I kept the refund. I will not do business with this dealer again and have urged many of my friends and acquaintances to steer clear of them
