My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
Shalonda was extremely timely and well mannered. Although I was not purchasing a vehicle, she had kept in touch with me regarding selling my vehicle to her dealership for top dollar. Shalonda was there for (us) the customer and willing to make us happy, which is very hard to come by in the car business. I would highly recommend her and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota or sell there personal vehicle. Keep up the good work!!

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
Shalonda was a pleasure to work with. We tried to put our car on Craigslist to sell it and we got a lot of people calling and emailing with really low (almost ridiculous) offers. Shalonda contacted us and quote an estimate of what she thought Andrew Toyota would pay for our car and it seemed reasonable to us. We took the car in a few days later and sold it to her/Andrew Toyota that day. The service was quick and friendly, and a very smooth process.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
Erik Dirk isa superior sales person. I was not planning to buy a car that evening (My wife was picking up
her car from Service.) But I did because Erik sensed my needs and met them.

Also should praise Christian, who did the paper work in an efficient and friendly manner.

I realized later that the old car that I was finally abandoning after 18 years was a Corolla
I bought at the same place 18 years earlier.

Andrew is sometime considerfed a bit high priced, but the service certainly makes it worth it.

We were very pleased with our experience with Shalonda/Andrew Toyota. With a 2 year old in tow, we were able to be in and out in less than an hour. They have a great play room that kept our daughter entertained the whole time. Shalonda even came right into the playroom to work out the deal with us! Loved it :)

Shalonda McCrory - Purchased a 2008 Xterra from me. Gave me a good offer and I was in and out in 25 minutes! They did what they said, no nonsense trying to sell me a different car. Just purchased mine and I was on my way. I drove from Madison to make this deal.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I brought in my old toyota camery to be fixed, but due to the amount of the repairs, it was better for me to get a newer car. I met Janel when i was inside just looking around she was very friendly and she knew alot about the cars. I like how she worked with our budget, to get me the best price out there, with realy low payments. The finance manager was realy good alos by looking at my credit scores and getting me the best rate, he was friendly and nice to me and my husband.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We've bought 5 Corollas and a '83 Toyota Van, all from Andrew. Although we've moved to Germantown and Andrew is no longer our neighborhood dealer, we return there for sales, service and body shop because of the wonderful job they do. We were taken care of this last time by a salesman new to the dealership, Eric D. - his attention to our needs was every bit as good as some of the other, veteran salespeople we dealt with in the past. Thanks, Andrew, for being a quality dealership in all departments.
