We had never leased or bought a new car, but our experience was fantastic! Prentiss was very personable, honest, and went way above and beyond to help us out. His first task was to help us figure out what the best vehicle was for us, and once we had figured that out, he spent many hours over the course of three visits to help us get a great deal and understand exactly what we were getting into. I was contacted by Shalonda when trying to sell my vehicle via Craigslist. She made me an offer with a guaranteed minimum and a possible maximum and invited me to visit the dealership to they could inspect my vehicle. Upon inspection, we talked and then I was able to sell my vehicle for the maximum price they had quoted. It was a very fair price and the entire sale took less than 20 mins! Eric was friendly and polite. He was respectful of our questions and concerns and was able to address and answer all of them. Eric was not pushy in any way. He seemed genuinely concerned about our specific needs and didn't try to steer us into a car we really didn't want. Jared was the same. Also friendly and polite and very helpful concerning the financial aspects of this purchase. Both gentlemen spent quite a bit of time with us (the lights were being turned off!) But never rushed us - Lastly, they both left the door open for us to call any time with any question or concern. I walked away believing they meant it.

I first went to Andrew Toyota to service my 2005 Sequoia (purchased in Sheboygan) because of its proximity. I had very good fortune of running into Willie Willett there, and had him as my service advisor ever since. I might add that he is the main reason I decided to stick with Toyota. However, the rest of the staff that I dealt with is just as good, beginning with Marc Brandofina, who was kind enough to take his time and be thorough in all aspects of the sale and beyond (he picked me up from my home) to Peter Klein the SM who was very kind in meting “my demands” and overseeing the entire process. Christian in F&I office made sure I understood everything, and I thank him for explaining it to me several times, since my brain was resisting information at the time.
Overall an exceptional dealership.

Marc made the whole process of buying our Prius V , a great experience. He was helpful, easy to work with and knowledgable. He stayed long after closing to make sure we knew all about the car and saved us a lot of time reading the manual.
He could not have been better to work with and I would refer all my friends and family to him.

This purchase was my first new car, I choose to visit Andrew Toyota because my sister enjoyed her experience a few years ago as well as the sign and drive event. Obviously I entered the dealership with a few misconceptions about salesman. I happy to say that I forgot all of that once I started chatting with my Toyota representative. Marc never tried to push some extra stuff, he just listened to my questions and answered them each. Furthermore, all of the people at Andrew Toyota were super friendly and very professional. Prior to this visit I decided I wanted to purchase a vehicle from a different manufacturer, but now in the future I think I will just return to Andrew Toyota.

Everyone at this dealership was wonderful! Mark was great at showing me all my options and working with me to get what I wanted. In addition to Mark, everyone else was also extremely helpful. Jared, the financial guy, was great when it came to figuring out the best way for me to finance my car. He really helped me save some money! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asked me!
