My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
Prentiss is an original; open and honest, very warm and easy to work with. He went the extra mile for us. Didn't rush us at all, but didn't waste our time either. All the people we worked with were accommodating, professional, and friendly. They made us a good deal and treated us respectfully. At no time did we feel as though they were trying to push us into something we didn't want. The detailer who worked on our car (Virgil?) did such an excellent job, we could not find a single smudge or area that wasn't perfect. We are very satisfied with the entire transaction and expect to purchase our future cars from the same dealership.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
The customer service was excellent. Brian Cayle was helpful, informative, friendly and honest and never pushy or insincere. The finance person was friendly and helpful and efficient also. The whole experience of buying a brand new car was easy and did not provoke anxiety, which is definitely a possibility when buying a new car.

We will always want Brian to help us with future purchases. He even offered to pick us up so we would not have 2 cars there when driving off with our new car!

We are pleased with our purchase and comfortable knowing Brian will be there if there is anything we need or if we have any questions. He was knowledgeable and patient when explaining all the cars features and said we can call him anytime with questions.

We will recommend that anyone in the market for a new car talk to Brian Cayle.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I bought my first Toyota from Andrew Toyota in 1998. I have had the car serviced their ever since, and have not had even one problem outside of preventative maintenance in all 11 years. Supervisor Duane Domagalski and Service Advisor Mike Cooper both were (and still are) terrific to work with, and I have never, ever felt that they have not been honest and forthcoming with exactly what work is necessary and what work could wait, if finances were an issue.
Now that my son will need a car, I didn't hesitate (and why would I) to make my next car another Toyota Camry (he gets the old one, of course). I had such good luck with the first one, and there are such good incentives right now, that I made the decision without any doubt in my mind. I worked with Matt Hackett in Sales and Jared Johnson in the closing department, and was very, very pleased. I would recommend this dealership 100% across the board.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I have been a customer of this dealership for quite some time now, and I have always been happy. However, this time I worked with three people who made the experience exceptional.

Jacqueline McCrae was my sales person, and it was clear from the beginning that she had my interests in mind. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and she spent a great deal of time with me trying to understand what my needs were versus what was in the sale for her. I will recommend her highly to my friends and acquaintances, because I want to see her succeed...she's very good at what she does.

I also worked with Jerod Johnson in financing who also couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the lease agreement, extended warranty, etc. and he was very patient while explaining things sometimes more than once.

Michael Opperman was the manager on hand when I was negotiating the lease with Jacquleine and, he too, took time with me and was very understanding when I made it clear that there were budgetary limits I was working within. He worked hard to get me into a car that worked for me and that I comfortably afford.

Lastly, when I received the car in the service bay I was greeted warmly, as usual, by Dan who took a moment to look over the car with me and join me in the experience of driving off the lot with my new car.

I freely admit that I'm the person who hates to shop, as well as negotiate prices, for cars, but my experience at Andrew made the process as painless as I can imagine it being...good job, folks!

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We've purchased two cars from Andrew in the past six months. Both experiences were professional and courteous.
We felt that we got the best value overall and were glad to be able to patronize Andrew since it's in our neighborhood.
Peter Klein worked with us on the second deal and did a very nice job of laying out the options and countering our offer with a competitive price. We were considering Ford and Subaru and Peter beat their prices and was, quite frankly, the easiest of the three to work with.
We worked with Mike Opperman for the first buy and also had a good experience.
Both gentlemen are professionals who don't try to oversell. They are to the point and fair. There's no messing around with games or bait-and-switch tactics.
They were straight forward.

James was professional and helpful in helping me select the Corolla that would be in my price range. He made me comfortable the entire process. When my car was ready to be delievered- he picked me up and brought me to the dealership. The customer service relationship still exists. (I will not be in the market for a new car for the next 5 years.) BUT he continues providing exceptional customer service by calling me every 5 months and making sure I still love my car. He even made my oil change appointment for me. He is a great sales person---but best of all--wonderful customer service. HE GETS IT!
I will purchase my next car at Andrew Toyota.

Peter was incredibly responsive and very helpful with our buying of our new 2010 Prius. The price was good, and understandable since no discounts are given due to the demand. The finance department was also very helpful in explaining every detail that we had a question on! I'd highly recommend working with Peter!!!

This is the second car that I bought from Andrew Toyota. I always ask to work with Andrew Akhanon and John Moore in that I trust them and appreciate their attention to detail. I have my car serviced at Andrew as well...I really believe it is important to keep up the relationship with them. They know me and my expectations and have always lived up to them. My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I have had so many bad experiences at new car dealerships I was expecting more of the same when my wife and I walked into Andrew Toyota in late May 2009. A bright and cheerful sales rep (Andrew Akhahon)greeted us at the door and from that moment on, it truly was a different buying experience. Andrew asked us a few questions and he quickly figured out that we knew what we wanted so he introduced us to John Moore the sales manager. John was very responsive and open about pricing. He explained everything and there was no "bait and switch" as I had experienced at other dealers. No hidden fees, no special paint sealer's and such.

John gave us pricing, and he and Andrew found the color and trim we wanted and I drove out in a brand new Camry. Very simple and honest transaction.

I did have a few minutes to walk around the dealership and experience the waiting room with complementary coffee and soda. The complementary shuttle service guy cycled in and out a few times asking if anyone needed a ride to work. Once in a while a repair technician would come into the waiting room and greet a customer, explain any problem or repairs. Overall it looked to me like Andrew has a great business model and a great team of employees.

Oh, and did I mention, they wash your car for you each time you bring it in for an oil change or repair,...sweet!

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I purchased a Prius from Andrew 5 years ago, and had all my maintenance work done there. The Prius was kind of new then, and I didn't want some repair shop practicing on mine. Was always happy with the quality, timeliness and price of their work. Recently began shopping for a small SUV, and went to Wilde Toyota, Subaru City, and Andrew Toyota. Peter Klein at Andrew was by far the most personable and credible of the three salespersons with whom I dealt. Ended up buying my Rav4 from him, and am happy with the vehicle and the deal. He is Andrew's internet sales guy, so I think you will deal with him first if you get to Andrew through an internet site like cars.com...
