My Review of Ann Arbor Subaru:
They tried to sell me a fleet (commercial) vehicle as if it was coming from an individual. A quick search on VIN revealed the true reason for the high mileage. They currently have a blue wrx sedan in their lot for 19K, which looked a lot like another vehicle, only totalled months before, in front of their service dept.

My Review of Ann Arbor Subaru:
I purchased a 2004 WRX wagon from this dealer. It had pre-existing damage to the front bumper (someone had rear-ended something with it) which they retouched. I didn't notice the damage until 1-2 weeks later (it was on an edge and hard to see without kneeling on the ground). Their position - caveat emptor. They provided no remedy, and the sales guy complained that because it was a VIP Program purchase the dealer only made fifty bucks. It seems to me that a VIP program purchase (maufacturer's purchase plan) would get you BETTER service, not worse. They also did a shoddy job detailing the car for pickup: window sticker still left on the car, inside face of glass not cleaned, etc.

I've given up on any legal recourse, mainly because I like the car and it was a good deal under VIP (and frankly I don't have the time or pain tolerance that puruing this would entail). But I will never return to AA Subaru,.
