christopher barker was a great person to work with i will def be back to buy many more cas from him he know what he was talking about i did not have any doubt that i was getting what i wanted form him and the was a funny person to wait with while we where waiting for a long time for the deal and that i got an honest person that i could ask him about the car and i could trust every word out of his mouth and there was no issues with anything i know if any one asked me where i got my car i would say first go see a very honest and friendly person christopher barker and then i would tell them that he is at av ford and you will have the most easyest time buying a car he is the funest person there so ya i LOVE AV FORD ALL THE WAY FOR NOW AND FOR ALLWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Antelope Valley Ford Lincoln:
Dealer quoted me $382 for an after market part from NAPA Auto Parts that Ford no longer produces. I went to NAPA myself and got the part for $125, and then just brought the part into the dealership. I understand dealer mark-up and profit, but a 206% dealer mark up on a non-Ford part was outrageous!
The dealer also quoted me $1288 for a new air conditioning system because it was broken. I denied this service because I did not have the money at the time to repair, but when I picked my car up and drove it home, the AC system was and is still working just fine. Now, I have extreme trouble trusting this dealership's service department. They were real close to ripping me off of $1288 for the new AC and $257 for the high marked up after market NAPA part. It is a shame as I have owned Ford vehicles for over 15 years now and never had a problem with any Ford service department.

I purchased a truck from Antelope Valley Ford, it was a great car buying experience. People were friendly, polite, not pushy, and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealer, and ask for Leonard Egstrom, a very good salesman! The finance people were also wonderful, really worked to get me the best price and rate.

My Review of Antelope Valley Ford Lincoln:
On Thursday June 30, 2011 my truck blew a high pressure fuel line. In a panic for the part I called your dealership (late in the day) and talked to John Rondou. John was very professional on the phone with me and explained that indeed the part would have to be ordered. Mr. Rondou took the time to explain that if I ordered the part on line and had it dropped at dealership then it would be ready for pick up early the next day (Friday.)
My family and I were preparing for a vacation get-A-way on the 4th, so this was extremely good news!!! The part came early Friday morning and John called me in a very timely manner. I picked the part up and made the repairs.
John basically saved the day for us! He was very Knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
Well done John, well done!!

My Review of Antelope Valley Ford Lincoln:
I am rating Quick Lane at AV Ford.

This place is wonderful for service. I have a 99 Taurus and it is kept running in tip top condition.
Keri Webber & Kathy Peterson are just both spectacular people to deal with and always willing to try to help me with a ride or financing a repair.
Very friendly and it feels like family going there.

My car has been running great since I started going to Quick Lane for service. I have been going to Quick Lane for 5 or 6 years now.

If I buy another car it will be from AV Ford.

My first experience with the AV ford dealership was a walk in test drive of a new mustang. then it was with Danyelle Abney, a great help to Me on many occasions! we emailed back and forth quite a bit on one subject to another trying to work out a time that would suit Me best, a great asset to your company I might add! john gharty then got the process rolling, after I met with Doug, the build guy, who promptly told me that the car i build online, for the 2011 would work with the 2012 because it doesn't come in grey, and the wheels I choose doesn't go with the 5.0 ltr! but anyway, we got it sorted out, price, well lets face it, who ever is going to be happy with the price they get on a new car? the repayments were a little higher than I initially, but it was relatively close, over all I'm happy with My purchase, and the help I received in buying it, thank you

We came in just to look for a used or new car but like most people were on a tight budget.We had already been to other dealership; which some were pushy and rude. We had to sell our 2003 PT Cruiser before we would buy anything. Wayne and his staff bent over backwards for us. I have already reccomended them to several people and wont go anywhere else myself. Everyone worked hard and getting me a very good deal, regardless of my BAD CREDIT SCORE. I was treated with respect and dignity. I called to see if AV Ford could help me with my bad credit. As i informed them, I did not want to waste anyone's time if there was not a way to purchase a vehicle. After running my credit report, I was assured a care could be sold to me. When i went in to select a vehicle, everything ran smoothly and quickly. I am recommending AV Ford to everyone I know and will purchase my future cars from them, as long as i live in Southern California

I felt that the salesperson lost patients after I did not purchase the vehicle as soon as they lowered the finance rates and rebates, how ever the total price never did go down. after no deal, the salesperson turned very disrespectful, no patience at all, I have always purchased from ford, lost the deal for $40.00 difference, 32k sale. I will go to El Cajon ford.
