My Review of Antelope Valley Ford:
My wife and I bought a Ford Explorer there last year. The experience looking back on it was horrible. People always joke about car salespeople being as sleazy and low as they come, believe me, it's true at this dealership. The only reason we got the car was because the "employee pricing" promotion was coming to an end but the people there were awful to deal with. We were for a good 4 or so hours, with a 1 year old, and not once did any of the people we dealt with offer even a glass of water. I later took the car for an oil change and that time they gave me the car without one of my floor mats, I had to call them back and ask them where they had it so I could go pick it up. They promised coupons, specials, etc, and have yet to receive any. I bought a new Kia Sorento a couple of months ago at AV Kia, way better customer service. Would definitely recommend them instead.
