I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience at this dealership. My first internet quote request was responded to so quickly, I thought it was an automated message service. From that point on, the staff at Anthony D'Ambrosio Jeep, Elverson went beyond the call of duty.
The salesman, Robbie Sadler, was a breath of fresh air. Professional, friendly and personable... No pressure, only the information I needed to make an informed decision. He listened to my needs and found just the right Jeep at a competitive price and I was given a more than fair price for my trade.
Kristen Turnbach, the General Sales Manager, cannot say enough about her. So knowledgeable! And she was visible, accessible and involved during the whole process. No "Wizard of Oz", man behind the curtain nonsense here.
Kevin, the finance manager made the closing process seamless and pain-free. We are a busy family with very little time to give. They worked around our busy work and extracurricular schedules and I walked out with a vehicle that I LOVE. No buyer's remorse.
Also, I wanted to personally thank Mr. Anthony D'Ambrosio for taking the time to introduce himself to not only me, but to my 8 year-old son. Talking to him, not at him, about school and baseball. My son thought he was "a very nice man". Thank you Sir.
Overall, a new and refreshing car buying experience. I will most certainly recommend this dealership and its staff to my family and friends.

Mark and Kevin went above and beyond to find us the exact 2013 Dodge Journey SXT we wanted. They entire process went smoothly and on the day we purchased the car, we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. We were looking to purchase a vehicle for our son and found the perfect one at Anthony D’Ambrosio’s in Elverson. Mark Lodzuk greeted me, showed me the vehicle, explained everything to me and was totally understating of what I was looking for. Needless to say, we purchased the Jeep Liberty. These guys were a breath of fresh air compared to my last car purchase (Colonial Hyundai - car great, sales force crooks). I was greeted promptly, queried as to what I wanted. No nonsense or trying to upscale me as I had specific requests which I very much appreciate. There was a little bit of a wait but that's not so unusual for an event such as was going on. In less than two hrs everything was set up. I needed to come back the next day to finalize some stuff and get the car set up (was new on the lot and was too late to do the previous evening). Everything looked great when they finished. It was as close to the perfect purchase as I have ever had and I've had a few.

I had a good experience overall. Robbie was very responsive and provided all of the information I asked for in a timely fashion. I felt that I was treated fairly, and look forward to having my maintenance done at Anthony's. I think the lifetime power train warranty is a great selling point, and was a large factor in my decision to buy.

This is our 7th vehicle we have bought from there! They are knowledgeable and not "pushy". I wouldn't buy anywhere else! We have dealt with Hal Brown each time and even if it has been a few years, he still knows us by name. They treat us like family and always give us a great deal. We also use the service department and can always get an appointment. We have been very happy and satisfied with all of our vehicles that we have bought from here, new and used.

I felt that Robbie was very helpful in taking time to show me the van and when the financing was a challenge, he and Kristen worked together to make it happen.
