My Review of Antwerpen Dodge:
They had the exact car that I wanted and the price seemed right. I made an appointment to go back to finalize paperwork (an hour dirve) to find that the loan rep decided to take the day off and that the only other loan rep had no idea of what to do with my sale. <br><br>I left frustrated, but returned the next day. One of the owners (the one with &quot;Jr.&quot; in his name) promised that all would be taken care of. It took three weeks for the paperwork to be completed in the trade, and in the meantime, I had to make another payment on my leased trade-in and another insurance payment, which &quot;Jr&quot; promised to pay for $50). Well, it has still not been payed for.<br><br>I was told that the loan guy had an attitued problem (by &quot;Jr.&quot; and that it would be his last week on the job. I was also told that I would soon receive a customer survey and that if I competed the customer survey and turned it in to them, they would give me a $100 credit in their parts department. I am sure that I never received this survey vecause they really screwed up my entire car-buying experience.<br><br>My &quot;payoff&quot; check to settle the payoff on my lease was actually lost for a few weeks and the finance people at Antwerpen did not know where it was. They had someone delive it to me because I had been out to their dealership so many times to find out what was really going on.<br><br>The worst part of all of this was that I was buying a Grand Caravan the next week and decided to go to Darcars in Marlow Heights - to find that they have some employees that care even less about the customer. I don't know why I still like Dodges after all this. I hope to find a respectacle dealer when I replace these cars next year.<br><br>I will be adding more details about this &quot;sale&quot; when I can find my paperwork to get the names and time-line right.

My Review of Antwerpen Dodge:
They refused to give us the price on any car before we test drove it. To humor them, we test drove one car. They still didn't give us the price; they said we had to fill out all the sales paperwork so the finance department could tell us. We asked the finance department about other cars and they told us they were working payments only for the car we test drove, despite the fact that we told them we were not going to buy anything today. We finally got them to state the lowest possible price, with a trade-in, for the car we test drove. They immediately came in with all the final paperwork and temporary tags - again we had already told them we weren't buying anything that day. When we refused to sign anything &amp; again reiterated that we were not going to buy a car that day, the general manager came into the office and yelled at my wife and myself for &quot;leading them on&quot; and &quot;wasting their time.&quot; The office door was open and everyone in the showroom heard him scream at us. We left immediately. <br><br>When we got home, we immediately called the customer service department that handles customer complaints for the all Antwerpen dealerships. I spoke with the secretary who assured that someone would call us back later that day. No one called. I called again the next day and again spoke to the secretary who made the same assurances. No one called. I called again three days later. I still haven't heard from anyone over a year later. <br><br>The bottom line is, they are slick salesmen who refuse to actually listen to what the customer is saying to them. The management is worse and the customer service is poor. I will never again set foot on an Antwerpen lot. Hopefully, you won't either.
