My Review of Apple Acura Subaru:
I live close to our nation's capital. I am a small business owner with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. I have purchased multiple Acura's from the dealers who are local to me. Prior to the acquisition my most recent Acura, my previous transactions when buying an Acura from my local dealers would range from fair to painful, but never pleasant. In other words, it always seemed like a trip to the dentist. It (the purchase) was necessary. However, it was either time consuming and uncomfortable (like a cleaning) -or- a painful and unnecessary waste of time and money (like having teeth pulled for no other reason than to profit the dentist). Once it was done I always paid, but rarely felt satisfied.

If you are considering the purchase of an Acura, I now have great advice for you. Go to Apple Acura and see Greg Kohr. Our recent buying experience with them was absolutely first-class. I looked at 100's of Acura's online. I further inquired on several by phone and email. We test drove a few. At Apple Acura we were able to find the exact vehicle my wife wanted (color, condition, mileage, options,...) along with the mandatory features I was looking for (service history, recent maintenance, price, accessibility,...). As an added bonus, everyone at Apple Acura was very professional from start to finish and even knew who we were when we arrived at the dealership (including the receptionist). It does not matter how much money you spend at the dealerships in our local area, you will never get that kind of personal courtesy. After I completed one phone conversation with Greg Kohr and one visit to Apple Acura, I was able to drive home with the right vehicle, for the right price, and the whole experience was actually completely painless. We finally feel satisfied with the complete buying experience of our Acura.

When I asked my wife for her thoughts on our experience with Greg Kohr at Apple Acura, she stated, "Now that is how the process of buying a car should be."

kay was a nice sales person, very helpful. unfortunately we couldnt get the price we wanted from the 'money person' and purchased elsewhere but kay was great.

My wife and purchased many cars over the years and we were not looking forward to the sales experience. Grerg Kohr was great,no presure,very knowledgeable, and friendly.The sales experience at Apple Acura was enjoyable because of the people. I can't comment on the Dealerships service but as long as the people in service our as friendly,experienced, and helpfulas as Greg and Mike in Sales, I don't expect any problems.

WE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED A NEW 2010 SUBARU FORESTER FROM GREG AND HE WAS SUPER TO DEAL WITH AT THAT TIME SO WHEN WE NEEDED AN AUTO TO PULL OUR CAMPER WE JUST PURCHASED WE GAVE GREG A CALL AND HE MOVED HEAVEN AND EARTH TO GET US WHAT WE NEEDED. MOST SALESMEN ARE VERY PUSHY BUT GREG ALLOWS HIS CUSTOMERS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR PURCHASE AND ALLOWS THEM TIME TO CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES, MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY AND SATISFIED! WE LOVE OUR HONDA PILOT! THANKS GREG

Great sales experience. Provided complete info and test drive, no pressure. Great car. Fair deal--no pressure, no hassle. Full checkout, demonstrated all the complex tech options. Also very helpful after PA mixed up my registration card.
Will definitely buy my next car from Greg, too.

I have nothing but kuddos to give to Apple Acura, and Greg Kohr in particular. They made my car-buying experience a wonderful process. They treated me with respect, professionalism, and were very polite and friendly. Coming off of a bad experience at another dealer, they were a welcomed relief! I negotiated with Greg on the phone on Wednesday, and picked up my new car on Saturday (only because Thurs & Fri were out for me). Smooth process, completely thorough - they were the best!! A+++++++ to Apple Acura!

My Review of Apple Acura Subaru:
The service received at Apple Acura is the biggest reason I purchase my cars at this dealership. Everyone is courteous and everything is explained to me. Often I thought I needed a service but they assured me I didn't -- I trust the service manager and my mechanic named above. Recently and on other past occassions I have needed prompt service and I received it. Last week I got same day service to completion on a Saturday and the following Thursday. A AAA battery service call resulted in the installation of the wrong battery (a battery I did not need) and damage to the positive cable harness. Apple Acura not only fixed the mess the same day, they also were instrumental it getting me reimbursed for the AAA service blunder (Note: AAA handled the situation perfectly -- the poor service was done by the vendor sent by AAA). I was offered rides to and from my home while they serviced my car.
