When I came in to apple BMW my credit was not that good an Chris did every thing he could to help me out an I no it took up alot of his time but he didn't give up he got me a car that I like very much and I'm very happy with also every one there was very nice so thanks to everyone Jenny Rahley

My Review of Apple BMW of York:
Our overall experience at Apple BMW was exceptional. Everyone with whom we dealt, but especially Chris Arabio, were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff made you WANT to buy a new BMW from them-but there were no high pressure sales tactics. We were especially impressed with the level of service and attention AFTER the sale. Mr. Arabio made certain that we understood and were able to enjoy the many features of the BMW which we had bought (which was no easy feat, considering that neither my husband nor I are particularly technologically astute. However, he truly wanted us to be comfortable with the technology and the benefits it brings). We left Apple BMW feeling as though Apple not only wants our business, but it wants to establish a long term business relationship, that is mutually beneficial.

My Review of Apple BMW of York:
The total car buying experience was professional and informative, completely without the pretense and gamesmanship of other dealerships. Melissa Maranto quickly responded to my emails with information and pricing on the vehicles that I was interested in, unlike some other dealerships which were closer to home...I drove 90 miles to get this car in large part because she was engaged in the process of information sharing from the first contact. When I decided to visit the dealership to view the vehicles I had interest in, Melissa set up an appointment for me where I was met by Bob Hildebrand at the door, promptly at my scheduled time, ready to show me the two cars I had come in to see. Bob patiently answered all of my questions, explained each car thoroughly and within 45 minutes, I had made the decision to purchase a vehicle. Start to finish, the whole car buying experience was simple, well explained from options to financing and, in between all the necessary business, Bob and Melissa took turns engaging us in friendly conversation. Even knowing that I would likely never return to the dealership for service because of my distance to home, Bob still took the time to show me around their facility and introduce me to the folks in the various departments. If you want to buy a car in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere...this is your place.

Chris and all at Apple BMW were GREAT to work with. Chris gave 100% to make me deal work and get me in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would trust him with my life. There was no BS no games and no crap. Chris and Apple BMW were up front and very easy to work with. I tell everyone i know if your looking for a car Chris is your man.
