My Review of Apple Nissan:
I believe Martin was the man who waited on me at the counter. Anyway, I was very pleased by the friendly and fast assistance with my problem. I was planning to buy tires at a local tire dealer and realized i didnt have the wrench for the locking lug nuts on my pathfinder. Martin very quickly removed the old nuts and had a new set put on. I was also provided with the necessary wrench for future work. I was on my way very quickly and very pleased. I use this dealer ship at least 1-2 times a year and I am always very satisfied with the service. Thanks to this dealership for your quality and speed!!!

From the moment I walked in I was taken very good care of. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and the team worked very, very hard not only to get me the price I wanted to pay for my new Rogue, but to get me better financing - and they did! I would most highly reccommend this dealership and I will be going back to get my new car in the future!

My Review of Apple Nissan:
Well, after an initial overall negative experience I am pleased to say that things have improved. I really am quite amazed that these folks cared enough to attempt to fix the issues that I was having with the used SUV that I purchased.

Thanks to Dennis in service department for taking this issue personally! I was impressed to see that my first review was taken to heart and that you made the effort to make things right. That really meant a great deal as I've been so discouraged with the level of customer service at so many places. Not many people would've taken the time to make things right with a "disgruntled customer", so "thank you"!

Thanks to Pete and Jim for working to earn my trust after several set backs. Thanks for the loaner vehicles while you tried to make my "new" one right, thanks Pete for the Sheetz gift card, thanks for not making me feel like a pest, thanks for not being satisfied with "not good enough".

1/25/12 UPDATE

Just got a call from Dennis in service. Wow! I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet him! After a difficult start, I am very happy to say "thanks for your service!" Thanks Apple Nissan...very discouraged at first, and now I am very happy.

After writing an earlier review on 12-23-2011 of dissatisfaction I was contacted by Mr Dennis the service manager on 12-26-2011 and he was happy to take care of all of our needs and we are standing by for a call to let us know when to pick our car up. We may have gotten off to a rough start but thanks to Apple Nissan commitment to customer satisfaction they gladly accomodated us and we are truly grateful. Well done Apple Nissan.

My Review of Apple Nissan:
I agreed to a deal with the salesman and the Sales Manager. Planned on coming back later that afternoon to pick up car. They would not honor what we agreed too. The salesman stated that the manager did not understand the deal when he agree too it. The Sales Manager had no problem when we discussed the purchased. He asked what it would take to make the deal. I stated what I would accept which was over 10% more than I wanted to pay. We shook hands on the deal and he informed the saleman to make it happen. Later they refuse to honor our agreement.

Jimmy was a great salesman to work with. Very knowlegable individual and was about to show me how everything in my new car worked. They even let me have the car all weekend before I bought it. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at Apple Nissan and with Jimmy, I highly advise going to these guys first before all others!

My Review of Apple Nissan:
We originally came in to test drive a Rogue. When we got back to the dealership I asked about a Altima. He said he had one that only had 700 miles on it. We test drove it and sat down with him for him to show us the payments. I explained that I wanted to test drive some other models of AWD vechicles and John came over and asked what it would take to sell a car. We were not trading in my car because it was only worth maybe a few hundred dollars - had 230,000 miles, a bad transmission, burning oil, they offere us 3,000 trade in for it. So we bought an Altima. Everyone was great - it was right on closing time and they stayed late. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review of Apple Nissan:
We have bought 3 vehicles at Apple Nissan and are about to buy the 4th. They are a friendly pleasurable bunch to do business with and we've never had a problem with this dealership. We were in for an oil change and to have fog lights and vent visors installed on the Juke today. Everyone was pleasant as always and the work was done properly and efficiently. I'll be back in a week or so to buy my new Frontier.

My Review of Apple Nissan:
I purchased a new 2008 Nissan Armada from these guys with the extended warranty to 100,000 miles. I have had my service work completed at Apple Nissan since then. I had my car in for warranty work on my driver's seat last spring-- my miles were still under 36,000-- and they took my seat apart and fixed the problem. This fall I noticed that the cushion was not right on the back upright side of the seat that was worked on and it was painful to drive the car for long distances. I took it in today Nov 6, 2010 with 39,000 miles on it and was told there was a slice in the cushion that was allowing the metal to rub against the seat cloth and it would cost over 300.00 for parts plus labor and the warranty did not cover it. Needless to say this disturbed me because when I bought the car the dealer said the extended warranty would cover the entire car bumper to buper which was the reason I purchased the warranty so I declined to have the parts ordered. My last car was a GMC Yukon and I had a part go out 2 months after the warranty expired and GMC replaced the 2,400.00 part all I had to do was pay for the labor. I proposed this but was told no. I got the paperwork and went to get in my car. When I checked my car, the seat was still apart so I had to get the service technician to put it together before I could leave. I keep all the paperwork from service and recalls in my glove box so I know what and when I have had my car worked on. So while I was waiting to get my seat put back together I looked at my complimentary inspection sheet that was stapled to today's paperwork. I noticed that this time it said my battery was good and my brakes were listed at 6 and 7 cm. I was in for a recall in October and remembered that they told me I needed a new battery. I got the paperework from October 9, 2010 to double check and sure enough it said that I needed a new battery and would need new brakes soon because these measured at 4 cm. I went back to talk to Greg about this and he just said I do not know how they could be different and went back to eating his lunch. I told him I would be contacting the better business bureau and left. As I drove home and cooled off a little I figured I would try to find a place to rate them on the internet and would try to contact the management on Monday. I have recommended this dealership numerous times since I purchased the car but now in good conscience I can not.

My problam ended up being taken care of -- and to my satisfaction. However getting there was tough. My main problem is that it does not seem your service people are completely honest. In Oct. I was told I had 4cm and 6cm left on my brakes and they would need replaced soon. In Nov I was told that there was 7 and 8cm left. Dennis measured them for me on Saturday and the latter was true. I do not know how my brakes could have grown over a month? On a positive Dennis was very pleasant and helpful and did get my work completed. He was very good.
