Went in to apple nissan this past saturday to make a deal on an Altima. Left there a few hours later with a new clean car. I was very happy with the deal we got and the attention to our needs. Ron Smith treated as a very valuable customer. I recommend him for anyone when buying a Nissan from Apple. The entire staff at Apple Nissan treated us as a valued customer.

I went online shopping for a car loan, and within 24hrs I got a call from Andre Isaacs at Apple Nissan. After talking with Andre he called me back telling me they had an approval for me and to come pick out my Altima. Once I got to Apple Nissan I met with Andre and he then let Travis Bailey help me out. Both were really friendly and helpful every step of the way. Travis and Jim the finance guy were able to get me into a 2010 Nissan Altima. They did such an amazing job words could not describe the way I felt upon leaving there. Apple Nissan is definitely somewhere I will be shopping for years to come.

I drove to Apple Nissan York when Lancaster Nissan didnt have the trim level Versa I was looking for. I really loved the "no hassle" policy and once I found the car I wanted, Ron Smith assisted me toward the deal I was looking for. Staff was super friendly. Overall great experience

Calvin Hagner made and continues to make every effort to make our experience a pleasant and memorable one. He is new to auto sales, but really put forth his best to make us comfortable and happy whenever we showed up at the dealership. He should certainly be considered for the new guy award. This young man runs to help you even after working ten plus hours. He makes a great impression for the dealership and has my wife thinking about a new Juke. He could teach some of the other salespeople a thing or two about how to conduct business.

Dealership had the vehicle that I had been looking for. The saleman went out of his way to assist us and explain the
vehicle to us. He went the extra mile which is refreshing. All dealership management were pleasant. The overall experience

We had a great experience at Apple Nissan from beginning to end. The staff there is not pushing which is a big plus for me. When I went there I went with my daughter and I have been to other car dealerships and when they see it is a women they don't even give you a second glance. I loved Ron Smith he is very knowledgeable and always wants to make sure you are satisfied. We were so impressed that 2 weeks after we bought our new Xterra we went back and purchased a used one. That continued and our daughter an son in law also purchased one as well as his parents all from Ron. The service department is also awesome they have the car done when they say and always cleaner then when you took it in. I would highly recommend going in an talking to Ron Smith.

Bailey was very friendly and knowledgeable. She wasn't one of these pushy overbearing salesperson that I normally associate with car sales. In fact, if it wasn't for her we may have gone elsewhere.
