I called the sales rep regarding my remaining warranty terms. After 3+ weeks, he has not returned my call. I called Service to request an appointment. No one answered, but they had a prompt for leaving messages, so I left one. No one has returned my call.

UPDATE 31-MAY: They did call back, apologize, and let me have my requested service (oil change, tire rotation, fluid top-off, inspection) free of charge.

When we arrived at your dealership our guard was up. Judging from the size of your business, I was already thinking oh great just another high pressure experience and was anticipating leaving disappointed. We had some unpleasant experiences with our local dealerships; it was nice to see that customer service is not a thing of the past. Our salesman Mike Tweedy couldn’t have been any nicer, we didn’t get the high pressure method that salesman are notorious for. Everyone we talked to took the time to explain everything and we didn’t feel like you were trying to pull a fast one on us. I’ve been recommending your dealership to everyone I know. When it is time to purchase another vehicle we will be asking for Mike Tweedy.
Please make sure you show this letter to your owner, you have changed my cynical attitude about some dealerships. I wish you a lot of success, your certainly deserve it!

I have had bad experiences in the past with the local FORD dealership where I lived so I chose to take the short trip to Apple Valley to see if my luck would be any better. Well let's just say, that the service I received was OUTSTANDING. I have never in my life experienced a car purchase that went so smoothly. From the email communications I had prior to getting there, to the service I received once I arrived, Apple Valley FORD you have changed my opinion of car dealerships. The cars I had inquired about prior to my arrival were both there, and ready for us to test drive. Even though the trip to Apple Valley FORD took me in a completely different direction than I originally planned, I am so happy that I made the trip and now have what I consider to be my "dream" car. The certified used vehicle I was able to purchase met everything I could ever have wanted or imagined. I called first after finding the vehicle online. When I asked for a better price, the young lady was a tad snotty, saying " we don't negioate. The price you see is the best you can get." Wow! Almost turned me off,except I had been looking for this vehicle all over the state. My faith was restored when I met the the bright and smiley face of Bob Patterson. He was very classy and pleasant to work with. very Professional too. He explained everything to the tee. He Explained who we were going to be talking to for after market, and for financing. Everything went smooth and there were no surprises. We picked up my brand new ice blue "frosted glass" Escape on Friday and I just love it. Bob explained every knob, every service, and my wonderful Sync. I love it and I would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking for a vehicle. I love my ESCAPE!!!! He even was tolerant of my "senior moment"! And you wonder why I rated this company very high. I still have questions, but its called reading the manual. Otherwise I will be calling Bob. :)

I have been to a number of car dealers recently so I know what to expect! So after driving 4 1/2 hours to apple vally ford I was ready. I walked in with my sleeves rolled up, ready for anything. I met Bob Patterson for the first time. Bob came forward with this fantastic smile and confidence.Friendly, happy ,professional.After introductions I'm still ready for him! From the start he showed class. My sleeves start to unroll some. We looked at the truck and talked about the price we already discussed. Every thing went so smooth and easy. I watched for Bob to slip up somewhere. He didn"t!!! Bob showed the highest degree of class,honest, experience I have ever seen. We now have our new truck exactly what i wanted and for an excellent price. well worth the drive!!! Soon our daughter will be ready for a new car and we will come back to see Bob Patterson at apple valley ford. Very pleasant environment to view car models, sales personal were very helpful in model selection and finance availability. Large selection of models and colors and interior packages on hand. Our sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and helped get us acquainted with the features of our new vehicle. A very pleasant experience in the purchasing of a new vehicle.

I recently retired from the military and drove from Louisiana to attend a job interview near Apple Valley. After the the interview, my truck would not start and I had it towed to the nearest dealer (Apple Valley Ford and Linclon). Just by luck I had found the best dealership in America. Eric and his technician went to work right away to troubleshoot the problem. While I waited, I met some of the freindliest people. Not onlt was the staff great, but it is very impressive to have such happy customers. This amount of kindness is not known in Louisiana and reminded me of while I want to move back North. Eric and his crew made sure I was updated on my vehicle's status and made sure I was in my seat at the Xcel Energy Center for start of the Wild game. If I get the job, my first paycheck will go toward a new Apple Valley Ford Truck. Three weeks later and I an still telling everyone about my trip. Thank you. Hope to see you soon.

I recently had my vehicle in to have some warranty work done on my Ford Escape. The process was so easy due to Colin Higgins (Service Consultant) at Apple Valley Ford. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Colin went above and beyond my expectations.
