My Review of Apple Valley Ford:
Well we went in to look at a used car that we were intrested in that we found online. When the guy was showing us the car he didn't look too interested in being involved and just did the boarder line job of caring. When we sat down with him he was being too blunt about our approval.

My Review of Apple Valley Ford:
This dealership caused 1500.00 worth of damage to my vehicle during a repair that was performed in the service department. When it was clear to me they would not do the right thing, I sued the dealership. A 1500.00 judgement from a massachusetts court was ignored. Another slightly smaller judgement from the same court was ignored. The dealership has since gone "out of business". I am still driving my vehicle with a dent in the hood, eight months later. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

My Review of Apple Valley Ford:
I received a mailing that my Freestyle lease would expire on
Aug 25, 07 & I had until Jul 07 to inform Apple Valley Ford, Lunenburg,
MA.
I was scheduled for an oil change & stopped in to talk to the lease
rep.
It was the most irritating conversation I had. The guy kept
interrupting
me, not letting me finish my thoughts, then finished my sentences,
increased his volume when he interupted me, and a host of other
annoying
things. If I never have to deal with this guy again, I would be happy
to
deal with this dealership. It is just plain rude, not sociable, to be
constantly overridden and interrupted.

My Review of Apple Valley Ford:
This is a Ford dealership but I drive a Toyota Camry. When I was driving down Rt. 2A, I blew a tire out by running over something in the street. Anyhow, the nearest garage was this dealership.

Even though my car wasn't a Ford, the service tech took in the car, found a replacement tire, checked to see if the rim was bent, replaced the tire and 15 minutes later, I was back on the road. Total cost? $39. These guys were great to me, and when I look to replace my Camry, I might go Ford just to get the service department.
