I just wanted to tell Chicagoland what a wonderful experience my son and I had at Arlington Acura. My son wanted to purchase his first car at the age of 20. He chose a 2004 Acura TL which he loved. Mike Nauret was great in helping him chose a car that would work for him. This was a no hassle transaction which I loved. Mike was very patient and did everything to satisfy my son. Being his age and lack ofcredit, it was a little tough getting him financed. Frank Stenghellini and Mike Ingro worked tiredlessly to make this deal happen. I recently purchased a used 1999 Honda Civic from Arlington Acura. I saw the add for the car posted on Cars.com and wanted to see for myself. It turns out the car was in better condition than it even looked online, and after many reverse experiences at other dealerships, was a welcome sight. Tarlon my salesman was professional, polite, and efficient in showing us the car while utilizing our time well. We were able to negotiate a fair price and the sale was made. The only negative was the long wait we experienced waiting to pay for our vehicle. This was not totally the dealerships fault as a customer was tying up the finance office trying to buy a car he couldnt afford. Tarlon made every effort to get our CASH sale completed as quickly as possible. The drive home from Indiana was a total joy. The car is performing excellently, and I am looking for to a long history of owning this car. Thanks Arlington Acura! Thanks Tarlon!

I typically dont buy big purchases on my first visit to a dealership, but when I was introduced to Muhammed, I knew he was the guy I wanted to work with. I was impressed with Muhammed the moment I met him. Muhammed is very personable, professional, honest and kind. He did not pressure me into buying anything. All the decision was up to me. I bought a slightly used Acura TL AWD and I absolutely love it. It was the best decision, and I got the best deal within my price range and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy a car. I've already referred him to my friends and family. Muhammed Patel has outstanding customer service and I would definitely buy from him again.

We were in the market for a well priced used car and decided to use Costco Auto Program. They put us in touch with Arlington Acura in Palatine and gave us two representatives to work with. We got in touch with Muhammed Patel who was our rep who was extremeley helpful, very personable and definitely has a good sense of humor. He made our car buying experience that much more enjoyable. He definitely excels in his customer service! We would definitely go back and work with him again! Muhammed was the friendlist dealer we have encountered and felt no pressure to purchase. The cars he showed us were always in our price range and we felt that there were never any suprises during the car buying experience. We highly recommend this dealership and to talk to Muhammed to get the best buying experience! But overall, not only are we very happy with our car and our deal but most importantly, we were truly grateful for the professionalism that we experienced with everyone we encountered at the dealership...including the finance rep too! I was referred to Mohammed from a close friend who discovered that I had been searching for months for the perfect car. She told me I had to work with Mohammed from Acura in Palatine because he was so wonderful to work with when he sold her sister a car a few weeks prior. Honestly, I have always been skeptical about car dealers but decided to go with my friend that same day to get initial information that I could share with my husband. Immediately, the sales team let me test out each car I was interested in and answered all my questions and concerns. The next day my husband and I met with Mohammed and we were so happy with the service and price we BOTH walked out with two new Acura. I fell in love with the ILX for the sporty feel and great gas mileage and my husband chose the RDX for the roominess, great handling and also awesome gas mileage for a SUV. My husband and I both walked out with exactly what we wanted and couldn’t be happier or more pleased with our decisions. I will always recommend the Acura dealer in Palatine for anyone that is interested in buying a new or used car!!

This dealership is GREAT... but I am partial to Mohammed. This is my second vechile I have leased from him. When I leased my first MDX from him, he made me a promise that I did not believe he could keep. HA, was I mistaken. NOT only did he keep him promise but he rememberd and proactivcly called me. WHO does that today ... well Mohammed from Arlington Acura does! ALSO .. while I was in the process of deciding what I wanted to do, my Girlfriend called me about my MDX. So I sent her to Mohammed and they also leased a new leased MDX that night. They were amazed by his knowledge and his friendly customer service. They were just beginning their search... and they were so impressed by him that their car search ended with Arlington Acura!

ALSO .. want to give a shout out to their Service team as well. Omar, who I am partial to, does a great job with fixing and maintaining my vechile.

I purchased my 2012 Acura TL at this dealership two weeks ago. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchase and the way their sales staff than this experience enjoyable and simple. The salesman, Vlad was very helpful and enthusiastic in finding the right vehicle that fits my needs. He was knowleadgeble and generally pleasant to work with. After getting a great deal on the car that I really wanted, we stepped into the finance office. A friendly gentleman introduced himself and greeted us. While he explained the paperwork, we saw our beautiful car pull up. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a hassle free car purchase and great service!

I saw the car I wanted online so knew that if the car was as nice as the pictures and Carfax indicated, I would purchase the same day. I was greeted by Joe when I arrived. He was very friendly and did not bs me. He did not treat me like someone just wasting time driving cars, which I sometimes have received being young and all. He was very honest and personable which I appreciated. Had I received a pushy salesman, I would have instantly left. After all, I was purchasing a Honda Civic not a Bentley. I could have easily walked out and found another one right down the street. But overall, I was satisfied and the process was not cumbersome. There were a few minor issues with the car (alignment, foggy headlights) that they promised they would take care of before I picked it up a few days later. And they took care of it and I was very pleased to be greeted with the car with everything done that they had promised. Thanks again Joe and Arlington Arcura. Appreciate the no hassle process!
