My Review of Arlington Acura:
These guys are slap dicks. I had went in there to buy an Acura RDX and trade in my car. The guy was an ass kisser from the start. He tried to sell me a car $4000 more than what we negotiated the deal down to. When I was ready to purchase the car, the manager switched the interest rate on me and I caught him. Couldn't have been more UNPROFESSIONAL than that. They couldn't figure out why I was so upset.

Bought a used Acura. Price was semi- reasonable but salesman misrepresented internet price at point of sale. Sales Manager needs a lesson in customer relationship managment.

My Review of Arlington Acura:
I was shopping for a used Lexus at dealership. Although the price was fair, the treatment was poor and sales tactics used were underhanded. I was ready to purchase the vehical, however, I left based on principle. I will not give a dealership that treats me poorly any business (I purchased the same car at another dealership at a higher price!).

I do not expect this type of treatment at an Acura dealership. I will not go back here to purchase a new or used car.
