My Review of Arlington Nissan:
I can't figure out how this dealership is still in business. The people in the service department are very fake in their attempt at friendliness. They don't hesitate to tell me how little I know about cars (as if I couldn't point to where the engine is). They are not upfront about costs of certain services.

The work they do is generally okay. I did have one problem with a loose part inside my door that it wasn't fixed after they claimed it was. They also are immune to rattles (might be a Nissan thing though).

Finally, they don't honor their own coupons! Apparently "good on parts OR service" doesn't apply to JUST parts. And they argued with me when I pointed that out, which shows their complete lack of customer service.

You can find a few friendly people there, but it doesn't make up for the way everyone else does business.

My Review of Arlington Nissan:
Their sales are very lacking in ethics. I was given an invoice price over the phone of $10880 for a 04 Sentra 1.8S with rebates applied and no tax I asked for the price in writing but the salesperson asked if I didn't believe it and to come in. I had met him in person prior to negotiating the price. He later changed it to something like 13K tax or no tax I don't remember. His reason was that he didn't realize that the car he was talking about was a demo with 4,000 miles. They wasted my time and made themselves look like idiots for even attempting something like that. They should be reported. This dealership is a Rohrman dealership for those wanting to buy other makes. I will never buy from them!
