My Review of Armando's Saab Inc:
Sales Representative (Tom Cox) sold us a demo and assured us 5 times before we purchased the car that it had a six disc cd player. Mr. Cox had been the diver of this "demo" car for 6 months so we trusted his word about the features of this car. After repeated calls to him about it not having the cd player he told us he made a mistake but assured us that he would have one installed at no cost to us. After three weeks of trying to get this completed he finally told us he would not install the cd player. This dealership now states that they told us ahead of time that it did not have this feature, A COMPLETE LIE!!! They have never called to see about our satisfaction with the car, they do not return calls, they lied about the features of the car, made promises and then broke the promises. When questioned by their corporate office about our claims, they lied!!

I have never dealt with such an unethical and untrustworthy group of individuals.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!
