Let me just say that I put my Mustang MachE in Service yesterday for a recall. Eric Munoz was my service advisor and he went way above and beyond!! After two weeks they finally got around to looking into my 2021 f150 slipping transmission in the morning, only to pass along a Ford notice that this was normal. When I got home I found hail damage all over the truck. I'm still waiting for a windshield wiper motor recall from a year ago, whereby they were out of stock on the part. Nice to pay $55k for a truck and have this kind of poor service. More

I purchased a ‘23 Ford Maverick from Arrow Ford that had 666 miles at signing as a used vehicle. It had some minor hail damage from the night before I bought it. Terrible service. I called to make an appointment and was told to bring my car in, it would take 2-3 days to get to it. I could have scheduled over the phone instead of wasting a 60 mile round trip. More
