My Review of Arrowhead Mercedes Benz:
Brand new dealership just opening and the staff is very friendly. As a new store in the Phoenix market they appear to be willing to step up and provide a competitive price, and they say service. Since when I bought my car they have not opened service I can't comment, but I have reveived a letter from the sales consultant and the service manager.
That is a good sign.
When we purchased our new car it was not as clean as it could have been. They arranged for us to return and have it cleaned the following week. They did miss a few small items but overall it looked great.
