My Review of Asheville Dodge:
I am a return customer to this dealership, however my latest experience with them was not good. There was a misunderstanding about a donation to be made, and they were very rude about the whole thing. They wanted nothing to do with me unless I had money for them, and I was calling about a donation. I wrote my negative review on a car sales site and they called me back threatening me with their attorneys (as if writing a negative review is illegal). I do not recommend Asheville Dodge.

My Review of Asheville Dodge:
I found this dealership to be typical and shady. They are the type of dealer that makes people hate to buy cars because they won't give you any straight answers and they add a bunch of fees in to the final contract. I much prefer buying from CarMax and Erwin Motors who are very upfront about all their fees, interest rates and final cost of vehicle. My car was delivered to me with almost 3,000 more miles than stated and only one key. I guess they went joyriding with their friends before they brought it to me. They keep telling me they will get me an additional key, but it has been over a month and I still don't have it. Do yourself a favor and buy someplace else.

My Review of Asheville Dodge:
worst dealer i have ever been to. go somewhere else.

walked in looking to get a couple of keys made. the parts guy wasnt available. ended up speaking with the gm. i asked him if he would take care of this since the parts guy wasnt available. he told me that he has never made a key in his 18 years and he wasnt going to start now. well, no respect for me so no respect for him. he ended up kicking me out of his store. talked to the owner on the phone and he told me he stands behind his gm.

the customer isnt always right but in this case i feel i was.
