The staff was very attentive and friendly. They accommodated several various requests for additional services and accessories related to my purchase. I received several follow up calls making sure I received all the information I needed for my tag and title.

My Review of Atlanta Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I bought my new Aspen there in February. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! My salesperson, Claudia, and the Sales Manager, Natalie, were very helpful and professional. I've only visited the service department once for my first oil change, but so far it's been great also. It's nice to see a dealership with female salespeople and management.

My Review of Atlanta Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I was dealing with this dealership for the last two weeks on a 04 Mazda RX8. Before I even got a foot into the dealership, I had a floor staff member tell me I could not walk around the dealership myself without an escort and if I did they would have to kick me off. Once I did get my "escort" I had to wait for 20 minutes just to get into any discussion about the car. I was prepared to pull my credit and negotiate on the car price we had discussed previously by email. Not only did I have to wait over an hour just to meet with the sales manager, Natalie Watson, but once she did come she was obnoxious and rude to both my mother and I. Before we could even negotiate numbers, she told me that her company policy was they had to pull my credit and hold on to my credit card since I was not putting down any money. When I asked her several times why they would need my credit card if I wasn't putting anything down she stated that it was to show the owner I was "serious." In my opinion, not only is that intrusive, but very unprofessional to make that kind of requet. I told her I would not do this and even gave her an out-the-door offer, but she told me by law they can only accept an offer without tax, tag, title and all other fees included. That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard because I have purchased cars from dealerships who clearly state out-the-door prices with no issues. Why should I have to work out these numbers for her. Isn't it a customer service policy for them to do the work? After back and forth discussion over all their requests, she came right out and told me I was outrageous for the offer I was making and I had made her life difficult for the last two weeks. I ended up telling her off and left that dealership without ever turning back and found a an RX8 in excellent condition with lower miles at Troncalli Chrysler (the irony, eh). I ended getting an even better price with them for the better car without any of the hassle or haggling.

My Review of Atlanta Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I visited this dealership on a Saturday...I was dismayed at the lack of respect a potential client receives from the Sales Staff at this dealership... They would not drive me in the car until they pulled my credit. I have NEVER been treated SO POORLY from any organization in my entire life. Not only did they require a credit check prior to the test drive, they refused to give me a purchase price for the vehicle. We purchase 2 cars annually including porsche, mbz, audi, and Lexus.


Another note: The Sales Manager NATALIE WATSON must be the most abrasive Manager I have experienced in All of my prior Automotive purchases. You could hear her on the showroom yelling in the office at the poor salespeople...The owner JIM HARRIS, was arrogant and RUDE. I happily took my money to another dealer and purchased 3 cars that day!
