I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I have to say this is the very best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
I was greeted with a great big smile from every employee I made eye contact with upon entering the dealership. The atmosphere here makes it very clear these guys and gals aren't just coworkers, they're a work family, it made the shopping experience better for me.
After approaching the podium, sales manager Rob Kiernan immediately made sure I was partnered up with a rock star product expert, John Marshall.
John was very informative and relatable, making sure I got all the information I wanted (I ask a LOT of questions) and he did it all with a fantastic attitude. I could tell he was very knowledgeable, genuinely happy to help me and enjoys what he does. Again, this is important to me because I don't buy anything unless I feel good about the purchase.
After John helped me pick out a car, sales manager Brianna Ray helped me decide the best way to make the purchase happen. Again, the multitude of questions I asked were all answered directly, no sales jargon, no frustration, and with a wonderful attitude!
We decided that I was going to be trading in my old car. Initially I had no intention of doing this because I had an idea in my head that a car dealership's job is to lowball you as much as possible in order to make more money on the trade-in. Then she gave me the appraisal number and I couldn't say no. They gave me an awesome deal on my old car.
In the final stretch it was Yves Olivier who made everything come together. My credit score is great on Credit Karma but it doesn't show me Experian, which is what most dealerships use. There are some erroneous collections from old properties on my Experian report that I didn't even know were there. Yves went to bat for me and got me an exception to make the deal happen, also going above and beyond to show me the discrepancies on the report so I can go get that fixed now too. The daunting mountain of paperwork I had to sign was made much less scary by his calm, cool, friendly demeanor. He explained every single page to me to my complete satisfaction. I left with no questions unanswered, very comfortable and very happy.
After everything was done, the GM of the dealership, Ricky Alessi, came over and personally thanked me for my business and shook my hand with a big smile.
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.
