I brought my new Santa Fe in for service as the Blue Tooth kept dropping calls. Service reinstalled Blue Tooth. However, after I left dealership, I tried to make a call and the message said Blue Tooth Tooth kept dropping calls. Service reinstalled Blue Tooth. However, after I left dealership, I tried to make a call and the message said Blue Tooth not active. I called serviceman and was told I had to reinstall my phone. I don't know how to do that. It should have been done by Service, or a note left on the paperwork when I picked up the car. I asked if he could talk me through the process, but he said no. So I brought the car back in and he reinstalled Blue Tooth very quickly. After I left, I made a call, and the Blue Tooth dropped the call. I again returned to the dealership, but serviceman told me it must be a problem with my phone. More
I had a 7:45 appointment for an EXPRESS oil change and didn't leave Hyundai until after 9:30. When I checked in at the desk, I was told it would be 30 minutes.
