i went to the dealer and spoke to joe. i asked him if it was possible to get an oil change without an appt. he got it done and got me on my way in an hour. got a discount and a free car wash too.

My experience was positive from the first time I walked into the showroom and all the way through to when I drove away in my new VW Jetta! Great job to Frank Parker in sales and a shout out to Reggie in financing too!

My Review Of Atlantic Volkswagen:

We were there to have our first service visit on our Passat. We were greeted by Sean who was warm and friendly. Sean explained everything that he was going to do and approx how long it would take. I had a question about my brakes squealing, he didn't just say it was normal, he explained to me why it was happening, which I appreciate. Sean pointed us in the direction of coffee and within 45 minutes the car was ready. Sean told us if we had any questions or concerns that we should call him and he'd be happy to answer any questions we had. Our experience with Sean reinforced our opinion that we made the right choice buying our Passat from Atlantic. The free car wash was very nice too!!

My Review Of Atlantic Volkswagen:

I initially came in to have my 2000 Jetta serviced. Starting with the servicing aspect the price for parts is a bit much but you're paying for their knowledge of the brand as well as the parts so I could look past it. Joe was honest with me in telling me what my car would need and was very friendly and has a nice sense of humor. While getting serviced I was greeted by Jim Doyle who is quite friendly and down to earth. He gave me a few tips on the kind of car to buy when it comes to driving local versus distance. After we finished Nadia assisted me with finding a book and it turned into her showing me around and giving me more insight into the types of deals they have(especially since I am a year out of college, with loans, and building my credit). Although I was not looking for a car at the time I will be in the next two years or so and definitely will be going back to them.

I first stopped in Atlantic Volkswagen a few months back,was impressed with the professionalism with everyone there .my wife and I looked at a few vehicles we were shopping around a few dealerships and manufacturers. After seeing and test driving the 2013 toureg we returned and purchased it on May 1st while waiting to finalized the deal I was asked by several employees if my wife and I would like anything coffee,lunch beverages felt like I was amongst my dearest friends, while waiting I entered the service area with a few questions and the gentlemen there were eager to help and answer my questions . Overall 100% satisfied +

I was very pleased with the sales and service. I have purchased alot of cars and was never more relaxed and comfortable with my sales women.
I started out by going to look at an Audi, I accidently landed in Volkswagon after a weekend of car shopping between the 2 dealerships. I can tell you I got the best deal, the more comfortable car for myself and family and top notch service from Nadia. I have not stopped talking about my experience.
