Made an appointment for the date and time I requested. Was greetted promptly upon arrival and given a comfortable place to wait. Sally checked in with me after 40 min. to say service was complete and car was being washed. She demonstrated proper closing of gas cap since I was not sure it was locking in place properly. I was out of there in 60 minutes with a clean car. What more could one ask?

We came to the dealership for scheduled maintenance of my Audi, and since it was due for inspection, we were asked if we wanted to have my car inspected with this visit. I thought that was very nice that they offered to save us a trip back in a month. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted, warmly. We mattered to them :) I loved how the valet took my car and had it washed and vacuumed. It looked beautiful From the Service department, parts department , and sales department everyone was professional, friendly and very helpful.. Carlos was awesome. Very comforing to work with not pushy but kept the focus of our needs. Went the extra mile to get our car for us.
Aaron was great as well. Questioned my bank rate for the loan and beat it significantly saving me $$$.

just moved here from LA and had a couple issues with my audi R8. stopped into Audi conshohocken unannounced and unscheduled, and both times Jeremy was beyond helpful in taking of the issues with my car (check engine light, weird noises when turning the steering wheel, etc). Service was unlike anything i had ever come across in LA frankly, and look fwd to having my car serviced here going fwd. thanks again Jeremy!

Jeremy always takes care of me when I'm there. He calls and keeps me up to date with what's going on. He is so helpful and I can always trust him 100% with my car to be taken care of with excellence.

Great service! Jeremy and Sandy were very attentive to my service questions, and Jeremy called me before the car was even done to update me on each of my service requests. Will gladly return for future service needs on my A6.
