With regards to the Tesla the vehicle does have the Carfax listed on our Website and all third party sites and the salesperson did clarify it with you as well regarding the accident status. Nothing was hidden from you and if you would of purchased it we actually have the client sign the Carfax and provide them with a copy as well. I'm sorry that you had a didn't have a favorable experience with our client adviser and didn't like the practice of asking for a deposit. This is normal procedure for our store so that the vehicle would of been on hold for you to commute from Indiana. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further please let us know. We told you about the accident not the other way around. I got a CarFax after seeing the damage and requesting it. Asking for a non refundable deposit on a vehicle listed as Non damage reported, but actually damaged. That was not disclosed ever, until we requested the Carfax after we showed your team the damage after being onsite. When we weren’t taking all the stuff he was trying to sell us he decided to pull back on some free offers. Attitude towards customers needs improvement. Lucky I didn’t just walk out and go somewhere else but the salesman was so nice and accommodating I didn’t want him to lose the sale.
