I have an Audi Q5 (2010) and had a check engine light show up on a Sunday night and I was unfamiliar with the code so I did some on-line research. Most forums said not to see a service tech asap. I took the vehicle over Monday morning without an appointment. They accommodated me without hesitation, got me into a loaner and performed the service that day. I was expecting the worst and was very please with the results. Thanks!
