Car buying can be an overwhelming experience. Lydia greeted us as we walked in and showed me the model I said I was interested in after researching online. I realized very quickly I did not want to go back to a sedan after driving a spacious SUV for so long. Lydia was patient and understanding and then showed me the Q5 at a comparable price point. I really liked the car. We were on a tight schedule that day and needed to leave, but she kept in touch trying to find a car with the interior and exterior color combo I wanted. I negotiated with her and Maxx, the Sales Manager, to get to a number I was comfortable with. No harsh pressure or sales tactics were used, or at least it did not feel that way. I walked out with the car I wanted and feeling like I could come back at any time with questions or for assistance. If you are looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Audi of North Atlanta. More
