We purchased an Audi A7 from this dealership and our delivery experience was very positive. Unfortunately after two weeks we had a mechanical issue that was going to encounter a long delay for parts from Germany. This came in the middle of a relocation for us. Rather than ask us to deal with this as best we could Mark Reicks the General Manager exchanged a new A7 for our first A7 purchase. This was offered without a tantrum on my part just as a commitment to excellent customer service. If you want to be treated like an adult during the purchase process and like a valued customer after purchase I recommend you scoot over to Audi of North Scottsdale at your first opportunity. Both Bill Jacobs and Dave Silver are excellent sales porfessionals.

Always a fun and friendly experience.
Just got in to my fourth Audi all from Scottsdale Audi, and all from Brad Burnham!! I know all my requests can be met when I come see Brad. I tell him what I want and he delivers. In addition, I always feel its about me and my needs not just another car sale. Thanks again, Brad.

It's not everyday that you meet someone as great as Jason in a service department. I know that fixing cars is stressful, but there are some service writers that share the stress with the customer and then there are people like Jason that own the stress for you. I have been bringing my cars to him for years. He has never once been rude or short with me. He is always respectful. He gets things done fast and I have never heard him provide excuses. If everyone was as good as Jason the world would be a much better place to live in. Thank you for you help over the last ten years.

Brian was very helpful while I was researching vehicles and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. However, after I had decided on an Audi there was some confusion about pricing and applicable discounts that resulted in an uncompetitive sale price. The general manager eventually stepped in and resolved these issues, but by that time I had purchased the vehicle from a different Audi dealer.

I have bought many cars over the years and I felt Brad was honest and fair in my dealings with him. It is nice to go to a dealership and work with different people that have been with one car dealership for over 10 plus years. It shows something about their management. I didnt buy a Audi but a used car of a different brand. I felt Brad took the same care as if I did buy a Audi. When I am in the market again in a few years he will be my first call.

I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from sales consultant, Jaime Ossa. Jaime is 1st Class from beginning to end. He is highly efficient and organized when assisting clients. He added several personal touches on the day of sale. Great presentation and he is very thoughtful of his clients. I am beyond impressed with his quick ability to respond, I never had to wait for Jaime to get in touch with me! He knows very well how to take care of business and puts the client at top priority.
