Two weeks ago I came into the service area because I scraped the right front of my new Q5 on the door of the closet in my garage. I was frantic that I had really scratched the paint, but Jordan (didn't get his last name) took care of it with something on a towel and buffed it up and voila? it was magic the scrape was all gone! Thank you ever so much, Jordan. My car is as good as brand new!

This is the first new Audi we have purchased. We left the Audi North Scottsdale dealership with shell shock. We have purchased many vehicles in the past but this was the easiest and fastest transaction we ever experienced, thus we were shell shocked. Our last vehicle took us 8 hours of negotiations. The Audi was done in about 1 1/2 hours and that included the test drive. Kari acted as a seasoned professional who knew her product and was willing to take the time to explain it both before the sale through e-mails and in person but was not pushy.. She worked at our pace and in the order we wanted to effect the transaction and treated us like we were purchasing the luxury car we were purchasing instead of treating us like we were purchasing an inferior vehicle. Most sales people at a dealership make umpteen trips to the sales manager with your offer. Kari made one trip and then the sales manager, Aaron, came out and talked with us. We had done our homework beforehand and we feel we got a fair if not better than fair price. Thank you Kari and Aaron.
