Alright, here we go...

My car shopping experience lasted 2-3 months and was about as pleasant as a root canal on a ferris wheel... that is until I came across Debby Lloyd at Audi North Scottsdale. I was upside down -to say the least- in my last vehicle and was searching for a way to get back to level ground. I had hoped to stay with the Audi brand but was beginning to search dealerships all over Phoenix for anything that would simply "work for me". Yes, I was prepared to 'settle'. I found that most car salespeople don't return calls or pursue your business once you mention "inequity" or an "inequitable position". I cold-called Debby off an internet lead and quickly found that she didn't give two craps about "inequity" or the thought of putting a little extra time into crunching some numbers to find me the right car. Within 48 hours I had happily purchased a 2007 A4 with plenty of warranty and a great price. If only I had crossed paths with Debby a few months back... dang.

The funny thing is, given my tough situation and absolute thirst for a salesperson willing to help me, I find myself a "Raving Fan" of Debby Lloyd and Audi North Scottsdale. I've even taken the time to walk over to my neighbors house (who happen to be interested in an Audi) to ask that they call me when they're ready to test drive one and I'll happily put them in contact with Debby.

Go the extra mile today to ensure you earn the business tomorrow.

Have dealt with Mr Burnham for the last 4 years. Now here is what a Sales person is all about. Knows the product, polite, not pushy and listens--yes this person really listens!! When the sale is made, Brad handholds you to make sure you know your auto, before leaving the agency. I have bought many autos in my many years, and Brad is at the top of the list when it comes to dealing with reputable salespeople. The best!!

Generally speaking, this first A-6 auto has been a very good one. What has contributed to this experience, has been my contact at this company. Aldo Rizzo in my opinion is what a customer representative is all about. Never lets me leave the floor, unless I am perfectly happy with the work done. At times when some slight problem has occurred, and I drive to the dealership un-announced, Aldo does what is possible to get the situation rectified. Very 1st rate!!

This was my first experience buying a new car (Audi A4 Avant). After expressing an interest in the Avant, the dealer even took me for a test drive in his own Avant....which pretty much sealed the deal with me and my wife. An excellent all around experience, no hassles with great service.

I had a great experience at Audi North Scottsdale. Sometimes sales people talk down to women purchasers, but that was not the case with my salesman. He was knowledgeable and respectful of my time. He made the paperwork part of the purchase easy and efficient. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and sales person, David Silver.

Brad and Audi North Scottsdale are awesome. My experience with Brad and the dealership is flat out top notch. Any of my Audi purchases in the future will go to them and most likely I will be buying Audi's again. My Audi S5 ownership have so far been great. I'm looking forward to my next purchase from Brad.
