My Review Of Audi Wynnewood:

Audi Wynnewood provided the best car buying experience possible for me and my wife. We walked into the dealership and stated that we were just starting our new car search and were driving a few different cars that day. Chris Anderson accompanied us on our test drive and was fantastic at letting the car speak for itself. He answered our questions and provided information when it was clear we were looking for something in the car. After the test drive, he answered any additional questions and let us leave with no hassle. We really appreciated this! We test drove some additional cars and did some research during the next week, and Chris responded to our email questions quickly and was very helpful. We visited the dealership the following week, and Chris walked us through our options, evaluated our trade, and we walked out in a couple of hours with our new A4 being delivered from another dealership in a couple of days. The final paperwork and walk-through of the car only took about an hour (most of which was spent walking us through the cars features). All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to having our vehicle serviced by Audi Wynnewood and giving them our business the next time we are looking for a car.

Most of my interactions were with Kevin Frazier who left 2 days before the deal was signed........Chris Anderson took over and the interaction was great. He was helpful and attentive on the day of the sale. Also great was my interaction with Derek. I would recommend this dealership to others.

My Review Of Audi Wynnewood:

David Arena is NOT what some people would call a "car salesman". He is not slick. He doesn't spin a tale to confuse you. He is not pushy. He does not keep disappearing behind a closed door to do god knows what with some manager. He was Present, thoughtful and humble and genuine. I found one of the first , HONEST, salesman in the industry! I loved Mr Arena because, as a woman buying a car, he took the time to explain everything he was doing, in a warm easy to digest manner. David went over all my option choices offering in depth information as to what each option could mean to me. He searched doggedly to find the exact car I wanted, found it and convinced some man on the other end to drive it to us from Pittsburg somewhere. He also showed me all the Audi Models that I could afford and explained in easy to understand language, all the attributes of each model so I could pick the one best for me. I even understood details about the engine! Who is this guy? Lastly, when my car finally arrived, it turned out that he had arranged with my children to have a portion of my car paid for by my kids! He never let on that this happened and even when I came to get the car I had no idea...he set me up for the surprise like a gentleman and when my daughter revealed the surprise, on the sales floor, I wept like a baby for 45 minutes, some of which was in my Car Salesman's arms! This man is the real deal! I wish he came with the car! I know a lot of car salesman that could use a few classes from David Arena, on how NOT to turn a customer off. Well done. He's my Audi guy for life. Nancy Haas

My Review Of Audi Wynnewood:

Having driven a Mercedes and a Mini (BMW) for a while, last April I was looking for a change. A close friend recommended I try an Audi. So we searched around for a CPO Audi Q5 and found one at Wynnewood Audi at 323 East Lancaster Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096. The vehicle looked good, the sales guy was very nice and the negotiation (with the usual back & forth with a 'manager') was relatively tolerable. We arrive at a price; my trade in an E500 was assessed to my satisfaction. Paper work was done quite easily. So, all in all, a fair experience in car buying. Right after driving out of the dealership with my CPO Q5, I noticed that there was a squeak in the brakes. I called the sales guy the very next day and he said that the noise was common with Audi’s and that with a CPO I did not have to worry about it. After a few weeks I called him again to say that the squeaking nose did not sound normal and he put me on to his service manager. I spoke to the service manager who said that the noise was probably due to a particle stuck in the brakes and asked me to just brake hard a couple of times and it would go away. Now having had a decent car buying experience, I recommended a friend who bought a new A4 a few months after my purchase (and of course the sales guy was very happy). I accompanied my friend to the dealership and during the visit I brought up the issue with my brakes again. This time I spoke with the service manager in person and he again reassured me that nothing was wrong. Last Saturday I took the Q5 in to the dealership for a service (that was already paid for as I had purchased Audicare). Now the service guy tells me that my rear brakes need to be replaced and that it would cost me $400. I tried to explain to him the history with the brake issue and that I’d expect Audi to take care of it. But he just refused to listen and insisted that 10 months ago the brakes would have passed Audi’s stringent CPO standards and that now after approx. 10,000 miles the brakes were shot. In addition they now say 3 of my tires need to be replaced. Audi CPO passed a vehicle with tires that would last you 10 months!! Audi CPO passed a vehicle with bad brakes!! Shame on you Wynnewood Audi!! Buyers beware and enter at your own risk!! Stay away from Audi, Audi CPO and Audicare. Once the sale is done there is no after sales service. The service department at Wynnewood Audi will look at every possible way to rob you. If I could have given them any lower a lower rating, I would have! And I will never buy or recommend an Audi again!!

We are disappointed to read your recent experience with us was not to your liking.

Our records indicate that you purchased your certified pre-owned Audi Q5 from us nearly a year ago and did not allow us to see the vehicle or physically address your complaint of squeaky brakes until just the other day.

At the time your vehicle was purchased, it did pass all of Audi’s requirements for certification and that warranty provides excellent coverage for your vehicle. As you can imagine though, brakes and tires are both friction items and subject to wear depending on the style of driving, road conditions, etc. and are not covered by your Audi certified pre-owned warranty except in the case of a known or quantifiable defect. Seeing as you’ve driven your Q5 over 11,000 miles since the vehicle was sold by us, it is not out of the realm of possibility for these items to need replacement.

You spoke with our service manager who offered to provide a free state inspection, tire mounting and balancing (provided the tires are purchased through our facility) and a full vehicle detail – which we feel is more than a fair offer given that your vehicle has not been in our care since you purchased it. We offered the above provisions merely as a courtesy because we value you as a customer.

At Audi Wynnewood, our goal is to always provide customers with a transparent vehicle service process with excellent customer service. We hope that we can do better next time.

This car purchase was the easiest and best purchase I've ever had in my years of buying cars. Mike was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and no nonsense; a fact I appreciate a great deal as I work in sales myself. Would not hesitate to send family or friends over to work with MIke and I'm hopeful the next generation of Audi's are just as nice and I'll be buying again from him in the future.

My Review Of Audi Wynnewood:

I was interested in this dealership b/c of the great reviews. It seems its different for those of us interested in used cars. Inquired online about a vehicle and after almost 7 emails I still don't have any real information. Exchanged 4-5 emails with one salesperson over four days who apparently hadn't read my emails and had been giving me info on the wrong vehicle. He then referred me to someone else in another department. He told me the vehicle was not certified and asked if I was still interested. I emailed him yes, and asked for additional info with specific questions and requesting photos since none were available online. I live in NYC about 100 miles away and don't want to make a trip down for nothing. Two days later, I've still yet to hear back from him. But I keep getting automated emails telling me why I should buy from Audi Wynnewood. Have decided to explore other vehicles, since they don't seem to be interested in my business.

My Review Of Audi Wynnewood:

Overall experience at this dealership was straightforward and hassle free. Since we were from out of town, most things were done over the phone or by email. Phone calls and emails were responded to quickly. After dealing with a local dealership (who I bought two previous cars from) and having a bad experience when trying to purchase the 2013 A5, we decided to look at other Audi dealerships. I am vey thankful for coming across Audi Wynnewood. Everyone was very friendly. Could not be happier with my new A5! Will definitely purchase my next Audi from this dealership! Highly recommended!
