I have a well maintained A6 with a severe oil consumption issue that Audi has no interest in taking ownership of. The review process lacks any voice of the customer while the dealer seemingly plays a signifi issue that Audi has no interest in taking ownership of. Audi of Lex is under new ownership which means they are in poor condition to offer meaningful input into the case. Bottom line, at 98k miles I have a perfect vehicle with cancerous pistons and Audi does not care. My mistake thinking Audi offers quality. Steer clear of any 2.0 Audi engine. It’s a sad day. More
I bought a BEAUTIFUL 2019 Audi S8- After having the one key I was given for the vehicle stolen, I called Audi about towing it to them and having a new one made and programmed (which is close to $1000 for t key I was given for the vehicle stolen, I called Audi about towing it to them and having a new one made and programmed (which is close to $1000 for this key). I first spoke to Matthew who was WONDERFUL but was then led to a woman in the service department who was the RUDEST person I’ve ever spoken to, let alone someone in customer service. She patronized me, talked down at me, raised her voice at me, and hung up when I asked to be transferred to a manage and said “she didn’t have to”. It’s interesting to think customers are paying as much as they are for these vehicles, the upkeep, services, etc and being spoken to like they aren’t spending as much as they are- let alone people at all. I am considering trading in my Audi and deterring my friends from ever owning one solely based on the woman I interacted with at this store. Thanks for ruining an entire brand. More

Called the dealership on Friday evening and talked to my sales consultant David about a vehicle I was interested in. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally, and we made an appointment sales consultant David about a vehicle I was interested in. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally, and we made an appointment for Saturday morning to come and see the vehicle. We drove the vehicle and loved it, and once we got back together, the whole paperwork process didn’t take more than 20 minutes. It was a completely quick, easy and stress-free transaction from start to finish. David then took a great deal of time to show us the different features of the vehicle and made sure we knew how everything worked before we left. He even followed up later to make sure that we got home OK and everything works great with the car. I’ll definitely check with David and Audi of Lexington , the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle and I wouldn’t be afraid to refer my family and friends to them as well. In most cases, I’d rather do about anything rather than go to a car dealership to buy a vehicle, but this was a very low pressure stress free transaction. Thanks, David. More

You may have an easier time getting an appointment for an open heart surgery! In this day and age, they don't have a functional online scheduler. They do have one, but it just asks you to call them. When you do, you'll have to leave a message because you won't get to a live person. You leave a message, and you won't hear from them forcing you to call again, and again and again. At the end when you do get to them, the nearest service appointment will be for 2 months from that date! Even if it's related to a safety-related recall; doesn't matter. More

My husband bought a car to give to me . It was delivered on Oct. 6. I still do not have the title or bill of sale - today is Nov. 1. Marty is completely incompetent as to where my title is. A continued temporary license plate was supposed to be sent last week - didn't happen. I cannot even drive my new car! He keeps passing the buck onto his clerk and the parts Dept,. I signed the contract for a 2019 A3 in October 2018. I was told it would take six weeks or so to receive my car. I checked in after six weeks and received no response to my voicemail. After another couple of calls they at least answered but provided no useful information as to how much longer I could expect to wait. Frustrated, I brought my case to the sales manager. He apologized but wasn’t much more informative about my order. I told him I’d expect a discount given the delay and he agreed to this and made good on this when the car finally arrived in May 2019. Whether it’s a $15 K econocar or fancy 5-ringed vehicle, I think customers deserve respect and consideration. I’m sorry to say I got little of either during my A3 saga. The plot thickens… I brought my A3 with approximately 3,500 miles on the odometer to the same dealership in the spring of 2020 to complain of a jerkiness in transmission up shifts and down shifts. The problem was with transmission parts and was repaired to my satisfaction. However, given the low mileage and less than a year ownership, I asked the my sales manager to check with Audi about an extension in my warranty. Just for the drivetrain- no other parts. I knew it was a long shot but felt justified in asking. He never got back to me. I left voicemails and also emailed but no response. I’m not one to pound on tables or yell but am pretty angry over the lack of concern from the dealership. More
