My Review of Audi of Rochester:
I probably spelled the name horribly wrong, but the service manager, Engell Pelumbri, was an absolute condescending a-hole to deal with. I work for VCI - A VW company, so I am an employee with a corporate lease. I had to have service done on my A4 with 2,000 miles on it. Engell proceeds to tell me that the costs really should not be warranty, but my personal responsibility. I really do not understand how a window regulator can by my fault! He made additional comments about us "corporate kids" coming to his dealership. Who cares if I am under 30 and driving an Audi?

Very friendly and courteous. I didn't purchase my vehicle at this dealer, but they treat as if I did (free loaners).

kevin is really friendly and so is the service manager. they helped me out with all my little stupid problems. diag was wrong the first time, but they told me to bring it in again, and it was fixed at no cost.

My Review of Audi of Rochester:
The sales team was borderline rude when I first approached them so I bought my Audi elsewhere. The dealership is still the closest to my house so I have to get it serviced there. They kept my car for over a month for service. They didn't give me a loaner or a rental, and then they told me if I had bought my car from them they may have helped me out. Since I didn't, my rental bill was $$$$$.<br>Design of the building is nice, but the dealership is horrible.
