My Review of Audi of Wallingford:
These guys are far and away the biggest douchebags I've ever dealt with. First and foremost their pricing is absurd - DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT have them do any diagnosis because they will charge you big bucks for this. Not like your typical mechanic who has a quick look and listens to it and tells you the problem. You're on the clock for at least a few hours with these morons.
Secondly, their quality of work is probably about slightly less than you would expect from your local Meineke. They haven't been able to successfully fix anything on my car other than changing the oil (and I'm sure they screwed that up too, I just have no way of knowing).
Lastly, the Service Managers there are complete 'Burger King Management Training Program' dropouts. They have such a smug look on their face when they tell you to pay $300 for a diagnosis, that you just want to reach over the counter and smack them.
If you're looking to have some real service done on your car in this area, I'd recommend the extra mileage up to Valenti Audi in Watertown, 'My Garage' in Naugatuck, or Europa Motors in Hamden.
