On Fri. 08-12-11, I was in your dealership to buy an auto. In the beginning Mr. Stinnett wanted me to sign some papers, which I refused.I had been told by person on net that you had Green Fiesta. When I went to see auto it had moon roof, which I did not want. Mr. Stinnett or someone had brought Fiesta close to showroom. I gave my car keys to Mr. Stinnett and he gave me price on Fiesta. When I told him I did not want Fiesta and could I look at a Focus or some other car, he walked away, came back handed me my car keys and walked away again. I am 79 years old and have purchased dozens or more cars and have never been treated by any sales person any where the way I was treated by Mr. Stinnett.

Just as proof that I was going to buy a car, on Sat.08-13-11, I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Carl Roesel at Auffenberg Hyundai, a sale that would probably have been a Ford were it not for your salesmans attitude.

I was totally satisfied with my experience with Auffenberg Ford North. Bobby Mitchell when above and beyond to insure that my experence with the dealership was to my satisfaction. I had my old truck in shop for repairs and was thinking of trading it in ,I talked to Bobby Mitchell about a new truck prior to this. He cam to my house picked me up and took back to the dealership when my truck was ready. I talked to him about a new truck and he made sure that I got the truck I was looking for and took care of everything for me. I was very impressed with the way he handled everything along with all the staff at that the dealership. jason in finance took care of my financing, explaining every thing in detail to me.The dealership did a truly outstanding job and would recommend them to others looking for a new car or truck.

From the initial hello and handshake to the deal is final handshake, this dealership was top notch.

We pulled off a double trade with a double purchase.

I live in St. Charles, MO and was referred to Auffenberg from a friend. It was only a 45 minute drive and was well worth it! Ben was knowledgeable of the products they had to offer inside and out, explained the features in detail, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Anthony in finance was amazing taking the time to walk through my purchase and documentation in simple speak. I've never felt so taken care of during an automobile purchase from start to finish. Auffenberg and their staff have my purchases in the future!

We received excellent service. Not only did Vickie show us a variety of vehicles, she never tired of us asking questions and always answered them or found an answer for us. Vickie and the staff were always smiling and seemed happy to serve. We have now bought two vehicles at Auffenburg Ford and when my son starts looking for a new car, will considered a third vehicle. Bobby Mitchell did everything he could for us to make us comfortable with our experence with Auffenberg Ford. I have been a Ford person for 25 years. Bobby just made sure that I will be for the next 25 years. There was a error in the paperwork. He called me at work and asked me to come in and redo the paperwork. The mistake was in their favor. It was corrected and the it was in my favor. Some dealers would not have said a thing. Thanks Bobby

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Bobby was not pushy or overpowering like too many sales people. I despised buying a car from a dealership because of sales people. But now, I'd definitely give my business to Bobby in the future. If he were to go somewhere else, I'd find him and make sure he got my business. I'm so comfortable with working with him that when my daugther was looking to buy a used car, i contacted him and asked him to help her look at cars. I wanted her to see a good sales person. so no matter where she went, she knew what a sales person should be like. She ended up buying a used car from him. I can't thank you enough for having him on your staff.

I FOUND THE CAR I WANTED AT A GOOD PRICE AND WAS TREATED WELL AND WELL INFORMED OF ALL THE FEATURES OF THE CAR AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION I NEEDED WITH THE PURCHASE. I WILL RETURN TO THIS DEALER AGAIN AND TO MR.STURMA.
