My Review of Auto Advantage:
Best Bimmer service department in/around DC Metro - bar none. These guys are simply awesome. Not only is the service fast and accurate, but you'll find that you'll want to hang out and talk with them. If you like cars - and especially BMW's - these are your people. I'd rather pay for an oil change from these guys than get a free one at BMW of Arlington.

My Review of Auto Advantage:
I recently purchased a &quot;certified pre-owned&quot; 2001 X5 which seems to have many problems but, as per the service department, no resolutions. This vehicle has on occasion lost power completely or put itself into a crawl mode without any warning. The service that I have received has been substandard at best. I have left messages that have not been returned when the vehicle has occasionally given off the aura of a problem starting. Only when the vehicle quits have I garnered minimal interest from the service/sales department.<br>Buyer beware!<br>
