This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!! Would give zero stars if I could!! First of all, the app to make payments almost never works (I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, installe in my life!! Would give zero stars if I could!! You call and choose the “make payment” option and someone answers and says they have to call you back because there’s nobody available to take a payment, but then nobody calls you back and you have to do it all over again!! They’re truly the worst!!! More

I’m sure that most of the people who work for them only do so because they need employment, 1 star is too high for them to receive, there really should be a 0 star option available so they can get the score they truly deserve!!! Aside from the fact that this company consistently sells cars in need of immediate mechanical repairs (as expected from a buy here, pay here) they handle any mistakes or customer concerns/complaints with co cars in need of immediate mechanical repairs (as expected from a buy here, pay here) they handle any mistakes or customer concerns/complaints with complete negligence. After three months of begging them, for either answers, or a resolution, in respect to violating their own terms and agreements on the legally binding contract, that I signed upon purchase, I have now been forced to file complaints with the general attorneys office, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of motor vehicles. Since my most recent efforts towards resolution, the dealership has blocked my phone number and the management team on site refuses to even speak with me anytime I show up. I am currently being sued because of the negligence of this company and absolutely no one will take ownership or accountability for mistakes made on their end. More

These people will Lie to get you to take the car off the lot but then when the car has a problem no one wants to take responsibility. I have had the car since October and it’s been in some sort of repair fo lot but then when the car has a problem no one wants to take responsibility. I have had the car since October and it’s been in some sort of repair for 3 months of those 5 months. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with these people. I have lost money on Ubers and on rentals due to the mismanagement of this company. More

Ok so before you buy a car take it to a mechanic with the proper machines to read any stored codes or erased codes or pending codes a car may have I got an 18 Malibu broke down in the intersection 2 days aft proper machines to read any stored codes or erased codes or pending codes a car may have I got an 18 Malibu broke down in the intersection 2 days after having trying to get a hold of someone to do the right thing impossible they let me switch to a 18 Chevy Trax first day with the car both axles in the front are bad on way to work car lost power engine light on code is turbo charger so here we go again but for all the people who have been dealing with these issues I’m going to tell you the steps to take legally there’s an auto division at the state police that will investigate any illegal auto sales also you contact the attorney general they will open an investigation as well. Dealers can not reset light and clear codes to sell cars I am going to have my trax fixed cause I like the car but what I won’t allow is for the things to go on any longer at this dealer they hung up on me several times would not let me speak to certain people so now i have to let the attorney general and state police do the talking and I will not be without a car while this one Has to get fixed I have not been compensated for the money I’ve lost the business I have lost having to deal with these issues not to mention the Malibu was infested with roaches they said they treated the car also spent $80 on treating it myself and they refuse to get the owner to speak to you !! That’s not how you do business and this is not our first car from here we now have two and this is how that treat us craziness!!
