I never been much in for shopping online, with all the news of online business scams and other risky stuff.. but this online shop made me trust more online shopping sites. they have a great selection of auto parts and accessories, even hard-to-find stuff are there and i didn't even have to make a call to their live help to complete my purchase! The site is great that you need just to order everything from it.

Well, one thing for sure that this is the best one out there... Take note, that I have been buying here for quite some time now, and never have I encountered problems such as JC whitney is giving.. JC whitney is quite a headache to me.. Well, I am proud to be a loyal customer with Autoparts warehouse and good riddance JC whitney

I just ordered an item from Auto Parts Warehouse last three weeks. The service was good that I had no problem ordering and receiving the item but after that I got trouble. The item itself really sucks! When I already used it for my car it does not work for it. I had to buy a new one with different brand. Crazy stuff..

I ordered a Brake Rotor from Auto Parts last month and they sent me a different Brake Rotor. I had to call their customer service for assistance of returning and getting the proper part i ordered. It was really frustrating but good thing they were able to give the correct on time. That's one reason I'm not really comfortable ordering online but at least it was resolve right a way.

I'm looking for tail lights for my Hyundai Tucson and I tried to look at the online stores available and that can serve what I need, not only this one but if ever I might need something in the near future. I'm a busy person and needs stores that have online purchasing. I browsed on different sites and I also asked some friends if they got ideas. I found this Auto parts warehouse and a friend told me that he got almost all of his parts there. I tried looking at the part I need and they have variety where I can choose from. I also look for some mats and liners for my car. I ordered everything from them but the delivery took so long, I guess it was for 4-6 days before I received the item. But I like the one that I received. I tried to purchased my parts from then on and they make up for it. Got all my needs for about 24 hours to 2 days.

Purchasing online is really a not my type 'coz every time I do it gives me headache. But this time I had no choice because of luck of my time. I had to buy a Brake Booster for my Lexus car after having some trouble pushing down too hard the brake. So I decide to get it from Auto parts since almost all my friend did recommend it. As usual, just like other online shopping the item was late and so I called their office to check for the shipment. The person I talk was very polite and said that there was just a problem in the shipment. Then, promised that I will be recieving it the next day. Good thing that they did not broke their promise 'coz if not I might just cancel my order.

A few weeks ago, or I think that would be a month already, I got some problems with the A/C compressor for my Toyota Camry. I got so pissed of because I don't have any idea where I could purchase it. Good thing that my friend gave me some information where I could find one. Tried to browse on the net gathered a few websites then I end up purchasing at AutoPartsWarehouse.com. I find their website very easy to navigate 'cause I found what I was looking for right away.

Waited for about two days for the car part that I purchased (it arrived on time!) and installed it on my car, I mean the car tech installed it on my car. But then, I still experience some problems with it controlling the temperature inside my car. I thought that already solve my problem but unfortunately it did not. So what I did is to call on their customer service to ask why this thing happened.
The agent that I spoke with noticed that I'm really not a happy customer but then, he still explained to me (in detail) what happened and what I can do about it.

I know this is not the excellent experience that I got from on-line shopping but thanks to those people who are helping us, specially for first timers like me. I hope there would be a lot of friendly and helpful people like the one I experience with them. I commend this company for that

Just last month the shock absorber of my car was damage and I was asked to buy a new one by my friend mechanic. I don't have enough time to puchase one for any store so I decided to buy it online. A friend recommend the Auto Parts Warehouse to me so I tried it, I wasn't that decided so I tried searching for more online store but I decided to go back to Auto Parts Warehouse because they do offer affordable price for the product.
After I puchased online they said it would take about 4-7 business day before I culd recieve the product, but into my surprise I was able to recieve the product after 5 days. And so my mechanic fix the car and the product really fits my car and he said that it has a good quality Shock Absorber. And now I'm finally back with my car everyday.

Great job Auto Parts Warehouse! Keep it up!
